Carolyn Tan

Carolyn joined the Group in 2002, assuming the role of Marketing Communications Manager. With an extensive background in marketing communications, primarily gained in the hotel industry, her professional journey includes notable positions at prestigious hotel chains such as Westin, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Raffles, and Millennium & Copthorne International. In recognition of her capabilities, she earned a promotion in 2003 to the position of Director of Marketing and further rose to Vice President - Marketing & Corporate Communications in 2007. In her current capacity as Senior Vice President, Carolyn oversees multiple key facets of the organization, including the Marketing, Communications, Loyalty Programme, and Graphics Design teams. Her leadership drives the Group's marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, public relations efforts, and membership activities. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in devising strategies to uphold the corporate and brand identity of the Group while also managing Special Projects. Carolyn's educational background is grounded in a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, which she obtained from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Chua Poh York

In her current role as Senior Vice President, Operations, Poh York holds the reins of responsibility for the day-to-day operations of both Tung Lok Seafood and LingZhi Vegetarian. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in driving the implementation of the 5-S system, which aims to enhance workplace organization across the Group's restaurants.

Jocelyn Tjioe

As the Senior Vice President in her current role, Jocelyn plays a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent and timely provision of high-quality products and essential materials vital for the smooth operations of the restaurants. Additionally, she takes charge of overseeing the administrative functions and managing corporate affairs within the Group.

Mr Andrew Tjioe, Executive Chairman, is honoured with the International Star Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award and Sam Leong, Corporate Chef / Director of Kitchens, received the International Star Diamond Chef Award. Mr Andrew Tjioe, Executive Chairman, is awarded the regional Restaurateur of the Year. Meet the visionary force behind TungLok Group, Andrew Tjioe, renowned for his foresight and remarkable business acumen. A distinguished and highly respected figure in the F&B industry, Andrew not only serves as the President & CEO but also holds prominent positions in various esteemed organizations. These roles include Vice Chairman of the Franchising and Licensing Association of Singapore (FLA), Vice President of the World Association of Chinese Cuisine (WACC), and Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors of the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC), among others. Andrew's journey began with a solid educational foundation, completing his secondary schooling at Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College. He pursued his passion for business by obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. His career commenced with a Singapore-based multinational corporation in 1981 before joining his family's textile manufacturing enterprise, Oceanic Textiles. A connoisseur of fine dining with a fervent interest in the restaurant business, Andrew honed his management skills while working at Charming Garden, his family's inaugural restaurant that opened its doors in 1980. TungLok Group emerged from Andrew's entrepreneurial spirit in 1984, with the inauguration of the flagship Tung Lok Restaurant at Liang Court. Today, the Group stands as a revered name, celebrated as one of Singapore's largest and premier Chinese restaurant chains. Under Andrew's stewardship, the Group has achieved remarkable growth over three decades, owning, managing, and franchising over 40 restaurants across Singapore, Indonesia, China, Japan, and Vietnam. With a sharp business acumen and an unwavering commitment to revolutionizing the F&B landscape, Andrew has positioned Singapore as a global gourmet destination. Tiong Heng Tee - CFO

  • Fellow Chartered Accountant Affiliated With the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ( ISCA ), Became a Part of the Group in January 2012.
Heng Tee, a Fellow Chartered Accountant affiliated with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), became a part of the Group in January 2012. With over two decades of post-graduation expertise acquired from various roles in both private enterprises and publicly-listed companies in Singapore, he bears the responsibility of guiding the finance team's strategic endeavors and supervising all critical financial aspects of the Group. Heng Tee is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

Tjioe Ka In

In 1988, Tjioe Ka In became a part of the TungLok Group, embarking on a journey that saw her assume pivotal roles across various operational divisions within the company. On the 1st of April 2020, her trajectory within the organization took a significant turn when she transitioned from her position as Chief Operating Officer to become the Executive Director. In this current capacity, her primary responsibilities encompass strategic planning and optimizing operational efficiencies throughout the Group, all geared towards the achievement of key performance objectives. Furthermore, Ka In plays a vital role in the development and management of the Group's Central Kitchen, which is dedicated to the production of an array of ready-to-eat items, gourmet dim sum, festive delicacies, and delectable sauces. Her expertise extends beyond the kitchen as she holds certification as a trainer in industry-related courses, actively contributing to the development and training within her field. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oklahoma State University, USA, Ka In extends her influence beyond her professional endeavors. She is actively involved in various community roles, serving as a member of the Ulu Pandan Community Centre Management Committee and participating as a member of the School Management Committee (SMC) for both Nanyang Kindergarten and Nanyang Primary School. Additionally, she holds a position on the Executive Committee of the Nanyang Schools Alumni Association (NSAA).

Vincent Phang

Vincent Phang is a changemaker and a visionaire in the F&B and Hospitality Industry. Currently, he is the CEO of the Catering Division at the TungLok Group. Since joining in 1998, he has held key leadership roles within the company. Additionally, from 2019 to 2023, he served as the President of the Association of Catering Professionals Singapore (ACAPS), and as of July 2023, he transitioned into the role of President Advisor. Vincent plays a pivotal role in defining strategic objectives for the division and guiding his team and organisation toward achieving service excellence. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, his expertise enables him to consistently innovate and introduce new elements to a wide range of banquet services, large-scale events, high-profile gatherings, and state functions. Notably, he was honoured with the prestigious Star Award at the 2004 Singapore Excellence Service Awards, recognising his outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality service. His most recent achievements were revitalising TungLok Group's operations and spearheading a transformation in the catering industry during Covid-19 with his vision and efforts at ACAPS.

Woody Achuthan

Before rejoining the Group in April 2013, Woody led the Training department for the Group for 12 years. Presently, he oversees customer relationship management and service excellence. Prior to this role, he worked with United Airlines as its Onboard Services-Chief Purser and Instructor. During his fifteen-year tenure at United Airlines, he played a vital role in instructing trainees in areas such as service excellence, food and beverage presentation skills, onboard marketing, and product offerings, among other training programs. Woody's personal achievements include being honored with the "Five Star Diamond Award," "Employee of the Year," and the "Most Valuable Player Corporate Award."
