This tool was developed by the University of California Pavement Research Center (UCPRC) to supplement the UCPRC guideline entitled "Unpaved Road Dust Control and Stabilization Treatment Selection Guide". The tool will produce the same results as the procedure detailed in the UCPRC Guide... UCPRC uses innovative research and sound engineering principles to improve pavement structures, materials, and technologies.
