Andrew graduated from Nottingham Trent University and joined Venture Recruitment Partners in 2018 after a lengthy career in sales.
Since joining Venture, Andrew's relationship-led approach to recruitment and his ability to understand business culture and demand have seen him develop a successful client base in Dorset and Southampton. His hard work has been recognised with multiple promotions such as Senior Manager, Associate Director, and most recently Director. Andrew continues to develop new and existing relationships in the Southampton and Dorset area at the Qualified level whilst managing his own team of exceptional resourcers and recruiters.
Outside of work, Andrew is an avid cricketer and football fan who enjoys annoying his cat Maisie.

Following a successful career as a PGA Golf Professional in which Ben spent four years managing a coaching academy, he embarked on a fresh challenge and joined Venture Recruitment Partners as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in November 2022.
He originally joined the business working on Qualified recruitment, but quickly moved on to developing the Accountancy Practice division of Venture. As a Practice Recruitment Consultant, Ben uses his coaching background to build invaluable relationships with clients and candidates. He's also responsible for the popular Venture Football League and Venture Quiz Night!
Ben is still an avid golfer and enjoys the odd game in and out of work. He also plays the bass guitar and regularly travels abroad in search of good golfing destinations.

Chloe graduated from the University of Winchester in 2021 with a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature. In August 2022, Chloe joined the Venture team initially recruiting for qualified and part-qualified roles in Hampshire and Dorset, later focusing on qualified recruitment in Basingstoke.
She has since gone on to become Marketing and Events Manager for the Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners brands, utilising the skills learned from her degree to create original content for both companies.
I cannot recommend Karen enough. Job searching is stressful enough but Karen made it so easy. She kept me informed on the entire process, got feedback for me from interviews very quickly. Even after I got the job, she kept in touch with me throughout my notice period. Karen also had a call with me before my interview to give me some pointers. David joined The Chilworth Partnership in 2012 as a Resourcer after graduating from Reading University. He experienced early success developing and harnessing new relationships with Finance and Accountancy professionals, and quickly joined the then newly-founded sister company Venture Recruitment Partners as Interim Consultant.
Since joining Venture, David has worked hard to forge long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. The knowledge he's has built over the last 11 years means he is able to respond quickly to client needs and match exceptional candidates to their ideal contract opportunity. He now heads up interim and contract recruitment as Director.
Outside of work, David is a family man who enjoys jogging and spending quality time with his daughter at Manor Farm.

Karen joined Venture Recruitment Partners as Director in September 2022 after specialising in financial recruitment for Global, UK and Regional brands for 25 years. She has a highly consultative and service led approach and takes pride in building long-term client and candidate relationships.
Having led numerous teams, Karen is now Director of Permanent Recruitment and heads up Qualified recruitment in the Hampshire, Surrey and Thames Valley areas, partnering with some of the South's most prestigious businesses.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys running and spending lots of time with her daughter. She also enjoys a fabulous trip abroad!
Kirsten has over 12 years' experience in the recruitment sector, previously working at a London Marketing Services agency. Primarily focusing on placing Finance and Accountancy professionals into senior opportunities, Kirsten joined Venture in January 2024 and heads up Qualified recruitment in North Hampshire and the Thames Valley.
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending quality time with her 2-year-old as well as partaking in Pilates and Swimming. She also helps lead a Girl-guiding unit every week.

Graduating from the University of Southampton in 2019, Lisa joined the Venture team as a Resourcing Manager the same year. Initially leading the generation of new candidates and building existing relationships with candidates, she was quickly promoted to Recruitment Consultant in January 2022.
Lisa specialised in permanent and temporary recruitment in Southampton and Portsmouth before being promoted to Operations Manager in October 2022 due to her excellent communication and ability to flawlessly manage the recruitment process. She's now involved in various aspects of the business including office management, compliance, reporting, and project work.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys going to the gym and running, as well as socialising with friends.

Lucy completed A levels in Health and Social Care and Sociology in June 2023, joining Venture Recruitment Partners in November 2023 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Experiencing quick success, Lucy became an Associate Recruitment Consultant in April 2024. She oversees temporary and interim Transactional and Part-Qualified recruitment across the South Coast, Dorset, Berkshire, and Sussex.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys travelling and spending time with friends. Her favourite trips have included Kefalonia, Spain, and Milan!

Nadia graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2022 with a degree in Accounting and Finance, joining Venture as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant the same year. Originally working on Finance and Accountancy opportunities at the Qualified level, Nadia utilised her degree to offer candidates a detailed and tailored job-hunting experience.
Through exceptional dedication and her understanding of the Finance and Accountancy market, Nadia was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in October 2023 and now focuses on permanent opportunities at the Part-Qualified level in Southampton and Portsmouth.
Outside of work, Nadia regularly plays Netball with her team The Shooting Stars. She's also a big fan of F1 who enjoys spending time with friends and watching her favourite artists perform live.

Shaun graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in History and swiftly began his career in recruitment with the NHS Shared Business Services. Since then, Shaun has also recruited in the IT and defence sectors, making him an adaptable and knowledgeable consultant.
After experiencing an already successful recruitment career, Shaun joined Venture in April 2023 and has progressed from Trainee to Associate Recruitment Consultant in only 6 months. He now focuses on Part-Qualified and transactional solutions in Dorset and Hampshire.
In his free time, Shaun likes to watch his beloved Arsenal and play football. He spends most of his weekends as a professional wrestler, which he's done since 2017 and often travels the country to partake in matches in front of up to 1200 people!

Tom completed a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Kent and later studied a master's degree in History at Royal Holloway. He joined Venture Recruitment Partners in June 2021 as a Resource Manager and was promoted to Recruitment Consultant after just 8 months due to his hard work.
In September 2022, Tom joined a STEM agency as a Recruitment Consultant where he specialised in contract and interim recruitment across Europe, further developing his ability to build meaningful connections with professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
Since then, Tom has rejoined the Venture team as Senior Recruitment Consultant and as of August 2023, focuses on the interim and contract division at the Part-Qualified and Qualified levels.
Outside of work, Tom plays rugby and enjoys hanging out with his friends and reading!
Before joining Venture as a Manager in September 2019, Victoria worked as a Divisional Manager at an NYSE listed business focusing on temporary, contract, interim and permanent Finance and Accounting recruitment. Responsible for the Surrey and South Coast regions, Victoria has over 10 years' experience of managing teams and building relationships through skilled communication and expert knowledge.
Since joining Venture, Victoria has been developing the Thames Valley and Basingstoke areas, working exclusively on Part-Qualified permanent Finance and Accountancy opportunities.
When she's not working, Victoria loves to travel and experience different cultures - some of her favourite destinations are Bali, Thailand, Borneo and New York. She also enjoys spending time with her son, husband and sausage dog Harley - often visiting local farms which is her son's favourite thing to do!
