Chris started with Tugwell Roofing in sales and had an immediate positive influence on the Tugwell sales team. Chris is now the Owner and President of Tugwell Roofing and his work ethic, positive attitude and overall commitment to the customer experience are unparalleled.
Cindy manages the day to day operations of the office and administrative staff. Her attention to detail and positive attitude have an overwhelming impact on everyone at Tugwell Roofing.
Dan has been with Tugwell Roofing since 2013 and has proven himself to be an incredible leader of both the sales & production teams. Ingenuity, knowledge of products and a desire to perform at the highest levels are just a few of the traits that make Dan such a success at Tugwell.
Jason's positivity, professionalism and overall approach to getting things done are major contributors to him being such a great project manager. Jason takes great pride in a "job well done" and helps to ensure that every project Tugwell Roofing takes on is done to the highest standards.
Jeff started Tugwell Roofing in 2007 and grew the company from the ground up. Raised a Redding local and proud alumni of Enterprise High School and Shasta College, Jeff built Tugwell Roofing with a focus on teams and community and takes pride in the positive impact he had on his employees and their families.
Mike is an integral part of the Tugwell Roofing team. He helps ensure that all of the projects Tugwell Roofing works on are performed to the highest specification and on time. Attention to detail and an over whelming desire to provide the highest quality service propels Mike, and are only two reasons why he is considered such an incredible project manager.
Patrick brings an extreme depth of knowledge of roofing and roof repair to Tugwell Roofing. Patrick is a wizard at leak detection and operates in a professional and timely manor which is recognized by everyone he has worked with.
