Chris Malwadde, an independent consultant, has a wealth of experience as a seasoned Financial Inclusion Specialist, accumulating over twenty-five years of expertise across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Over the course of his career, he has been engaged in diverse projects supported by organizations such as the World Bank, European Investment Bank, USAID, and governmental initiatives all aimed at fortifying policies for inclusive financial systems. His proficiency spans from overseeing macro-level project execution to providing micro-level technical assistance to a variety of Financial Institutions, including MFIs, Banks, MDIs, and SACCOs. The technical assistance he offers encompasses governance and board matters, risk management, financial analysis, strategic planning, financial projections, and the development of client-centric products.

Florence Mutonerwa is a seasoned Ugandan banker with over 15 years of progressive experience in the financial services sector. She currently serves as the Head of Product Development, Research, and Marketing at UGAFODE Microfinance Ltd (MDI)-the first regulated financial institution in Uganda to offer tailored financial services to refugees.
Florence is an alumna of Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and Makerere University Kampala (MUK), and attended various leadership trainings where she cultivated a strong foundation in business and financial management.

Monica Sanyu is a seasoned Human Resource Executive and Governance Professional with over 18 years of progressive leadership experience gained across financial services, telecommunications and development sectors. She has held senior management roles at Ecobank Uganda and Finance Trust Bank, leading strategic HR initiatives and contributing to institutional transformation.
Monica currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of a property management entity and is the Executive Director of MP3 TalentSync Solutions Ltd, an HR consultancy firm. She previously served on the East Africa HR Summit Advisory Board, providing thought leadership and regional insights in the human capital space.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University (Uganda). She is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, has undergone corporate governance training, and is an alumna of prestigious leadership development programs including INSEAD's Strategic HR Development Program and the Women in Leadership Initiative by Women's World Banking - Center for Microfinance Leadership (USA). Monica is also a member of the Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda (HRMAU).

Jonathan is an ACCA Certified Accountant with 15 years of progressive experience in the fields of Accounting, Taxation and Audit where he has held various positions of responsibility, working with clients and organisations in different sectors. He holds a Master's of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University. Previously, he worked with Pride Microfinance Limited (MDI), Baylor-Uganda, and the United Bank of Africa before joining UGAFODE Microfinance Limited (MDI) as Head of Finance, before being appointed to his current position of Executive Director. He is highly skilled in strategy development and implementation, institutional-wide financial resources planning, leadership and general administrative risk-based management, financial modeling, IFRS accounting and people management.

Christine Kyomugisha Zake is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA-UK), with extensive experience and training in Finance and administration. She has over twenty years of experience in financial management, which spans the public, private, not-for-profit, and banking sectors, and also has considerable experience in corporate risk management.
Christine has good knowledge of national and international finance, accounting and audit standards, and statutory financial requirements, as applicable in Uganda.
She has work experience with a number of organizations including, Standard Chartered Bank (U) Limited, Nile Bank Limited, Umeme Limited, Uganda Securities Exchange, Agribusiness Initiative Trust (aBi), and Uganda Development Corporation.

Ms. Ballreich has over 10 years of experience investing in emerging markets as well as designing and executing impact investment strategies that result in social as well as financial returns. She is a Principal Investment Officer and Operations Manager at Women's World Banking Asset Management, where she is responsible for structuring and managing private equity investments in financial service providers throughout Africa, Asia, and Latin America with the goal to improve women's financial inclusion and gender diversity in the financial service industry. Prior to joining Women's World Banking, Ms. Ballreich was an Investment Officer with the Inter-American Development Bank Group, a Project Leader with Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Ms. Ballreich holds a Master's in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and is a CFA Charter holder.
