Over the course of his career, he has been engaged in diverse projects supported by organizations such as the World Bank, European Investment Bank, USAID, and governmental initiatives all aimed at fortifying policies for inclusive financial systems. Monica currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of a property management entity and is the Executive Director of MP3 TalentSync Solutions Ltd, an HR consultancy firm. She previously served on the East Africa HR Summit Advisory Board, providing thought leadership and regional insights in the human capital space. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University (Uganda). Prior to joining Women's World Banking, Ms. Ballreich was an Investment Officer with the Inter-American Development Bank Group, a Project Leader with Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
