West Reach Construction Company, Inc. was established in July 1987 by Helen M Churchill. The newly formed women owned business employed 3-4 people. This team continued until 1992. Helen sold and transferred ownership to her daughter Kerry Churchill Hainsey who became sole owner and president of West Reach Construction Company, Inc... Our philosophy is simple.
