Upward Spiral Studio seeks to be a vital member of the community by providing each client with an education about his/her specific physical needs, as well as a safe and individualized course of exercise/rehabilitation. Most of our instructors have 10-30 years teaching experience and have a keen interest in anatomical function. We can help you discover and correct muscular imbalances, increase mobility and stability, and achieve your physical aspirations. It is our belief that getting into stronger physical shape benefits a client's psyche as well, making happier, healthier people through our work together.
