Vision Beyond, LLC is professionally facilitated leadership and supervisor instruction that will develop your organization into a skilled, capable team - ready to deliver results!... We promote our employees based on tenure and their ability to perform at an acceptable level. We value employees who follow the direction of company decisions... Vision Beyond, L.L.C. was developed in February, 2001, to provide basic leadership instruction to meet this training need. Currently two or three 40 hour classes are offered each year. We are also capable of expanding that capacity as well as provide direct consultation to companies upon request.
