Aaron Harris has more than 25 years of high-tech engineering experience in business applications and software development strategies. From Sage Intacct's earliest days, Aaron has led the company's product vision and technology direction. A pioneer in cloud computing, Aaron helped Intacct build the world's first cloud architecture delivering on-demand financial applications. He regularly contributes to the development of best practices for cloud computing, service oriented architecture, platform as a service, and accounting and finance technology standards.
As Sage's Global CTO, Aaron is responsible for Sage's technology and product vision. Aaron is hands-on leading investments in AI/ML, blockchain, and other emerging technologies to transform the way people think and work.
Aaron holds a Master's degree in information systems and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Andre Lafayette is VP and heads the product organization for Budgeting and Planning at Sage Intacct. His career spans more than 20 years and has its roots in finance, but its heart in marketing.
Andre has helped build successful businesses for consumer and tech companies including Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Intuit, and Host Analytics. He is driven by a passion for exceeding the needs of customers and for developing people and teams. This comes to bear in two truths that comprise his founding principles. First, have a passion for your customers - you can't create a successful business if you don't. And second, hire well - as a business will only thrive if you hire and develop good people.

Aravinda Gollapudi has more than 20 years of engineering management experience with a track record of leading high-performing distributed organizations and driving technology transformation spanning startups and large companies.
As VP of Engineering for Sage Intacct and Sage People, Aravinda oversees the technology and engineering for Sage's medium-size, cloud native software solutions. These solutions cover accounting and financial management, as well as human resource and people applications.
Prior to Sage Intacct, Aravinda built robust large-scale systems and led engineering teams at Ellie Mae, Intuit, SideStep, Readern and VeriSign. Aravinda started her career with Tandem Computers in 1998. Her experience spans across security, travel, personal finance, accounting and payments domains with a passion to promote diversity and inclusion.
Aravinda holds Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and Master of Science degree in Physics from University of Hyderabad, India.

Dan Miller is a proven leader in the cloud financial management industry. For more than 20 years, he has led successful product organizations with his expertise in product strategy, product management, experience design, engineering and customer education. At Sage Intacct, Dan leads the product and education organizations.
Dan's passion is to create solutions that solve real problems for users in the work they do every day and creating organizations that thrive. Dan's experience encompasses designing for small growing and mid-size businesses. At Sage Intacct Dan led the product organization's growth from a small team to an organization with multiple successful product lines serving a wide range of customers in different industries. Prior to Sage Intacct, Dan had a long career with Intuit, where he created products for small and mid-size businesses. He designed the user experience for the first several versions of QuickBooks and provided executive leadership for QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Derek Taylor has more than 25 years' experience in implementation, consulting, and business process expertise. As VP of Client Services, Derek is responsible for managing Sage Intacct's global professional services and systems integration teams, implementation partners, and customer support organization. Derek provides the strategic vision to his direct reports to support the rapid growth of Intacct as well as regularly engaging with Clients and Partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Previously, Derek held leadership positions at Responsys, Digital Fuel, Extensity, and TCSI. Derek earned a degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Kathy Lord has more than 25 years of sales and executive management experience at startups and major software companies. As Senior Vice President of Sage People, Kathy oversees the strategic direction for Sage's award-winning global cloud HR and People solution.
Previously, Kathy led the direct sales and customer success teams for Sage Intacct. Kathy pioneered the Sage Intacct Customer for Life Program, and under her guidance, Sage Intacct built a reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction.
Prior to Sage Intacct, Kathy developed and managed the corporate sales organization at Proofpoint, a leading email security provider. At Biz360, Kathy doubled revenue within the first year. She was also instrumental in building the customer base at Trading Dynamics, a web-based procurement and spend management software company that later became part of Ariba. She also successfully managed Arbor Software's corporate sales team, leading it through its merger with Hyperion.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Steve joined Sage in January 2014, having previously been Operating Partner and Co-Head of the Portfolio Support Group at the private equity firm Apax Partners, which he joined in 2009.
Prior to this he built over 10 years' experience leading the finance function for three listed UK companies culminating as CFO for FTSE 100 company Invensys plc, the global technology-related business, from 2006 to 2009. Between 2004 and 2006 Steve was Group Finance Director for Spectris plc, the FTSE 250 precision instrumentation and controls company and from 1997 to 2003 he was with Marconi PLC, acting as CFO from 2001.
Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 with Ernst & Whinney, now part of Ernst & Young, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Liverpool University.
