Bill Meagher

Bill Meagher has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and economics from St. Mary's College of California. Following graduation from college, he took a management position in marketing with Pacific Telephone co. which he held for 10 years. Mr. Meagher received his real estate broker's license in 1976 at which time he opened his own firm. He has been active in all facets of commercial real estate exclusively since 1978. In addition to his brokerage and development activities he is frequently called on to provide consultation for commercial real estate appraisers, attorneys, commercial lenders, city, county and state staffs, other commercial brokers and has experience as an Expert Court Witness in this field. Active in the community, Mr. Meagher was elected to the Yuba City, City Council in 1986, and served as Mayor in 1989. He has served on the board of directors of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce and was its president in 1985. He also served on the Yuba City Personnel board, the Yuba-Sutter Builders and Developers Association, Yuba City Rotary Club and was an active pilot with the Yuba- Sutter Sheriff's Aerial Squadron. He is affiliated with local, state and national Realtor associations. He has also been an active member and advisor to the Yuba City Downtown Merchants Association. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Graeagle Meadows Homeowners Association and was its President from 2005 - 2007.

Fred Northern

Fred Northern joined Meagher & Tomlinson Company in April of 1990. He is the senior retail agent. Fred has over 19 years of retail experience in retail brokerage retail and development. His efforts have resulted in hundreds of transactions, ranging from simple tenant representation to ground up development of retail shopping centers. Prior to joining Meagher & Tomlinson, Fred was in the general engineering and building construction industries, from onsite project supervision to company ownership. Fred has represented many different clients including many national tenants. Fred has been an active member in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) for over ten years.

Julie Sutton

Julie Sutton joined Meagher & Tomlinson Company in January of 2018. She is currently the executive office administrator and brings with her 8 years of real estate experience. Julie is a licensed realtor and entrepreneur. Her aspirations are to be as experienced and accomplished as her fellow colleagues.

Karen Tabler

Karen Tabler joined Meagher & Tomlinson Co. in May 2002. Prior to joining Meagher & Tomlinson she was the General Manager of The Mall at Yuba City (now The Yuba-Sutter Mall) for 5 ½ years. Karen has been a licensed broker in the commercial real estate field since 1985, working for Bank of America and Wells Fargo Banks in the Fresno Trust Real Estate divisions. Additionally she worked for two shopping center developers in the central valley as property and construction manager. She earned the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) in 1999 and was awarded the Commercial Retail Executive (CRX) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers in December 2013. She is a past member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and served as President of the San Joaquin Chapter of IREM in 1996. Karen is an active community volunteer. She has served on the Board of Directors for Yuba-Sutter United Way since 1998, during which she served as President, Campaign Chair and Elegant Soiree Chairperson. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Casa de Esperanza and The Rotary Club of Yuba City. She is a 1999 graduate of the Lead Yuba^Sutter program and active with the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Tomlinson

Michael Tomlinson brings to the firm over 40 years of experience marketing commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Chico, he affiliated with Bank of America as a commercial and agricultural real estate appraiser. He was a grain buyer for Continental Grain for a short time before becoming a real estate broker in 1976 and opening the firm Tomlinson Associates, specializing in agricultural properties. In 1978, Michael joined with William Meagher, forming Meagher and Tomlinson Company. Today he is active in Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural sales and leasing.

Zac Repka

Zac Repka earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in 2003. Following graduation Mr. Repka received his real estate Sales Associate license and came to work for Meagher & Tomlinson Company. He has been active in all facets of commercial real estate exclusively since 2003 including selling and leasing retail, office, multifamily, industrial, development land and agricultural land. Active in the community, Mr. Repka is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Marysville. He also is a past Commissioner and Chairperson of the Sutter County Planning Commission, a board member of Yuba Sutter Pathways, a member of the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and a former Ambassador for the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce. He is affiliated with local, state and national Realtor associations. Mr. Repka has been brokered hundreds of transactions including both Landlord/Tenant representation and Buyer/Seller representation. Recent transactions include, but are not limited to the following: one hundred acres of rice ground in Hallwood, CA, 360 acres of almond ground near Orland, CA, 40 acres of Walnuts in Wheatland, CA. Others include: ARCO corporate store, Chevron branded franchise locations, Buffalo Wild Wings, Subway, Little Caesar's, Jimmy John's, Dunkin Donuts, Boost Mobile, Java Detour and Papa Murphy's. Mr. Repka is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is up to date and in contact with active Buyers searching for property in all Northern Central Valley Markets. Mr. Repka, his wife and three children reside in Yuba City, CA. His favorite past times include fishing and watching High School Football.
