Garry Klegin - CFO

Garry's financial career spans over 30 years. After graduating with a B.S in Accounting at the University of Maryland and upon getting his CPA in 1981, Garry began his career as General Accounting Manager at a National Utilities Finance Company (NRUCFC). Garry transitioned his career to Finance in 1987 and joined Fannie Mae as a Senior Financial Analyst. Fannie Mae selected Garry into its Executive Financial Leadership Program and funded his MBA in 1991 at George Mason University. Upon obtaining his MBA, Fannie Mae promoted Garry to National Director of Real Estate Owned. In 1995, Garry was recruited from Fannie Mae to become President of Angelo/Gordon (New York Real Estate Hedge Fund). In 2001, Garry became and was a registered Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial until March 18, 2022. In 2015, Garry and his son, Branden, created a joint venture under Tyler & Thomas Enterprises LLC to purchase a National Franchise "Mathnasium" and Garry continues to maintain this investment. Garry brings to WiSC Enterprises LLC and Virescit Tactical Systems his diverse financial experience and ability to map out an effective financial strategy for growth and diversification.

Patrick Doran

Patrick Doran has been with the WiSC family since 2011. Patrick has over 35 years working with the US Government. Prior to joining WiSC, Patrick retired from the US Air Force with over 26 years of service. Patrick was deployed many times supporting DESERT SHIELD/STORM, Bosnia, two tours in IRAQI FREEDOM and a final tour in Afghanistan. He has held numerous positions in Contracting, from specialist, manager, Flight Commander and Warranted Contracting Officer. His last position was Contract Lead supporting the Special Communications Office highly compartmented contracts while assigned to the NRO in Chantilly, VA. He earned a bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University, a Master of Public Management with a Specialization in Acquisition and Finance from the University of Maryland, and he also is a Certified Acquisition Professional Level III in Contracting. Additional accolades, he was a Distinguished Graduate (DG) of Air Force Officer Training School, Top Third Graduate at Squadron Officer School (no DG program) and a seven time Contracting/ CGO Officer of the Year. Patrick enjoys playing golf when he finds time and runs, but can't say he always enjoys it. Attending his children's activities is the highlight of his time away from work.

William (Bill) S. Craig - CEO, President

Bill has been part of the Intelligence Community (IC) for nearly 40 years. He began his career as a Russian linguist in the United States Air Force in 1979, where he was stationed in Berlin, Germany from 1980-1986. Bill was selected for the Airman Education Commissioning Program in 1986. After selection to AECP, Bill and his family were transferred to Tempe, Arizona, where Bill attended Arizona State University and received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1989. Bill's next stops were Officer Training School (OTS) and then the Foreign Technology Division (FTD) at Wright-Patterson, AFB. After a short stint at FTD, Bill was selected by National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) for a Master program at the University of Michigan. Bill graduated from Michigan in 1992 with a master's degree in electrical engineering. The family's next assignment was to Northern Virginia, where Bill worked for the NRO in the area of advanced reach and technology from 1992 - 1998. Bill retired from the Air Force in March of 1998 and began his civilian contracting career with SeiCorp, Inc. Bill left SeiCorp, Inc. in August of 2008 to start WiSC Enterprises LLC. In the summer of 2013, SeiCorp, Inc. novated to WiSC uniting the only two companies Bill had worked for as a civilian and providing WiSC with past performance across the IC that dates to 1995. WiSC provides the full gamut of expertise in areas affecting interoperability achievement. This includes planning, coordination, execution and assessment of ISR exercises and events. WiSC understands how to collect, manage, secure and disseminate data. This means the right "1s & 0s" (data) gets to the right people at the right time providing meaningful results. Bill is a board member of Orchestra 2100 (http://orchestra2100.org) and is actively involved in its Encore! Kids program and Orchestra classical music events featuring world class artists. Bill/WiSC is also a sponsor of the STEMLingo's HACK<IT> CAMP program.
