The people at Shine do more than just their jobs. We work together as an ideas exchange, we solve problems and support our carers to create the kind of foster homes and experiences which children need and want... We are in constant communication with our foster carers, delivering information, training, practical support and guidance. We liaise with the child's social worker and local authority children's services, health, education and other service providers supporting the child... We specialise in working with a limited number of carers, in order to provide tailor-made support systems for each carer and each child. We want our carers and foster children to experience personal development, benefit from learning opportunities and to achieve.
