Ethan has over 25 years of experience working as a nonprofit professional with a particular focus on advocacy, policy, research, and programming for youth and young adults. He came to Bebashi after having served as Executive Director of a Philadelphia nonprofit focused on college student mental health, as well as of a Latinx social services agency in the Chicago area that provides youth development programs and sexual health services.
Ethan holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Kalamazoo College (Michigan) and a master's degree from the University of Chicago, both in French literature. Ethan also earned a Master of Divinity degree from Chicago Theological Seminary, after which he was ordained a priest in the Episcopal Church, where he has focused much of his work on social justice advocacy for LGBTQ+ people, immigrants and people of color. In addition to his development role at Bebashi, Ethan serves part-time as priest of an historic Black parish in West Philadelphia.
Ethan was drawn to Bebashi for its focus on holistic health and wellness, which aligns with his own commitments as a certified personal trainer and a former HIV/STI counselor.

Kenille Daniel's career spans the hospitality, financial services, nonprofit, and social impact industries in the functional areas of human resources and operations. Her experience includes human resources coordination, recruitment, operations, and business partner. Ms. Daniel leverages her diverse background as she implements HR methodologies and best practices that connect internal and external clients for shared success. She has a proven history of utilizing internal systems to promote data-driven decisions. Ms. Daniel seamlessly navigates all levels of organizations where her adaptable, people-centric mindset acts as the cornerstone of the consistently positive, productive relationships which have been a hallmark of her career.

Kudirat is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis. She holds prestigious accounting credentials, including the FCCA (Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant, UK) and FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant, Nigeria), demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the field.
Throughout her career, Kudirat has excelled in various aspects of accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting and variance analysis, reconciliations, and risk management. Her analytical skills and strategic financial insights have been instrumental in driving efficiency and sound financial decision-making within organizations.
Kudirat earned her degree from Lagos State College of Science and Technology, where she built a strong foundation in accounting and finance. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to community service and actively volunteers in leadership and financial management roles. She serves as Treasurer for Jide Lawore Ministries, is a member of the Leadership Team at Agape House of Worship, and manages finance for TouchLink Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence.
With a passion for financial excellence and a heart for service, Kudirat continues to make a meaningful impact in both her professional and volunteer endeavors.

Libro joined the Bebashi team in September of 2021. He obtained his Master's in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University in 2016 and has 5 years of high level management and administrative experience in the private healthcare sector. Prior to his administrative roles, he used his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Misericordia University to work in the field of behavioral health in Northeast Philadelphia as a case worker for children on the autism spectrum. Currently, he is the Practice Manager for the Dr. Rashidah Abdul-Khabeer Wellness Clinic and works closely with the clinical staff and the entire Bebashi team to ensure that we are offering the highest quality medical services to our community.

Nafisah has worked with Bebashi since 2012 and has held several roles within the organization.
She started her career as a medical case manager and support group facilitator, and quickly moved into leadership positions as team leader and, most recently, assistant supervisor of medical case management.
Nafisah manages Bebashi's Community Advisory Board, which provides quality assurance for client related services, and oversees the organization's Electronic Medical Record Systems. She has participated on two strategic planning projects for the expansion of the organization and has assisted with developing Bebashi's performance evaluation tool and leading the staff morale club.
Nafisah earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Temple University and Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University.
She joined Bebashi twelve years ago because of her love of serving the community and her passion for ensuring that marginalized communities attain access to resources that they often do not receive.
She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July of 2024 as part of Bebashi's continued expansion.

Sebrina began her professional career as a social work supervisor in a small organization committed to ensuring child welfare and safety. Today, she has over 30 years of experience in the field, working in diverse roles and across multiple domains. She has worked as an administrator in various aspects of the social work field including Mental and Behavioral Health, Housing, Education, Social Services, and Community Relations.
Born, raised, and educated in the Philadelphia area, Sebrina earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Temple University. She continued her education in Washington DC where she attended Howard University and obtained her Masters of Social Work (MSW).
Sebrina joined Bebashi after leaving her role as Director of Student Services at a small for-profit company that provides behavioral support to primarily autistic students throughout the state of Pennsylvania. She was instantly drawn to Bebashi's mission to empower people to enhance the quality of their health and overall well-being.
In her current role as President and CEO, Sebrina focuses on ensuring that uninsured and underinsured residents of the city of Philadelphia receive the services they need. Her primary goal is to close the health disparity gaps that exist in underrepresented groups in the city through education, nutrition, and preventive healthcare services.
