BEHAVIOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Key Persons
In 1996, after years of serving as a Human Resources and Training Director for various organizations, Randy founded Randy Lockhart & Associates, Dynamic Team Development, and Behavior LeadershipDevelopment. He saw the need for a company that could work with organizations and the people involved in those organizations to develop leadership based on the culture and enviornment of the organization. This allows an organization to develop leadership based on a behavior concept that fits into the culture and environment of the organization. Randy's skill level in working with organizations and individuals has been exceptional. He has helped many orgainzations and individuals achieve levels of success in a positive manner.
Randy Lockhart has worked with many companies including: Reliance Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Verizon (formally GTE), Reynolds Asphalt, Construction Education Foundation (Part of ABC) ACCO USA, McLane Grocery Company, Fleming Foods, Hulcher Services, Heli-Dyne Systems, Perlos, Delfasco, TAC Industries, and Parker Hannifin Stratoflex. His experience and clientele also includes the aerospace industry, printing industry, transportation, construction, heavy manufacturing, high tech manufacturing and government contract companies with the Department of Defense.
Randy has helped develop company mission statements, develop long range development plans for career development, policy development, helped with the successful start up of companies and divisions and the implementation of successful High Performance Teams / Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) systems. He also holds membership in the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
Randy holds degrees in Psychology and Production Operations Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, Masters in Management from Dallas Baptist University and graduate work from Stephen F. Austin, Dallas Baptist University and other universities. He is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Organizational Strategy, emphasis in Behavior Leadership.
Randy is also a Mediator and has conducted successful mediation sessions in the area of breech of contract, labor relations, personal injury, just to name a few, for several Texas State Court Judges.
Randy Lockhart, CPBA ("Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst"), CPVA, ("Certified Professional Values Analyst") & TriMetrix® is a leadership coach and consultant with over twenty-five years of extensive human resources, behavior, and organizational development experience dealing with developing vision, identifying and modifying behavior, organizational structure, and human resources issues. Randy is also a member of the prestigious ROBERT S. HARTMAN Institute for Formal and Applied Axiology.
