Duties Include: Operations Manager, local state and federal governmental liaison. These responsibilities coupled with the direct involvement with the board and officers of the BIA, afford the opportunity to play a key role in the development of long-term strategies to keep the organization focused on the future of our industry. Alan, along with the rest of the BIA staff, serve as the conduit for our membership to link them with all the market influences affecting their businesses and the industry as well.

Duties Include: Coordination of all aspects of the Parade of Homes and Home Show annually in addition to all General Membership Meetings. Jennifer serves as the financial and operational contact for the BIA. Jennifer serves as the Editor of THE VOICE of the Construction Industry, the BIA's quarterly magazine. Jennifer serves on the following committees; Nail Drivers' Golf Tournament, Home Show, Parade of Homes and Mike Josey Memorial Sporting Clay Tournament Committees.
