Dirk Diegel, a native German, started his hairdressing career with Vidal Sassoon in Germany. After 10 years of experience working in Europe, Dirk Diegel transferred to Boston. 14 years in Boston Dirk Diegel is now one of the most respected and award winning Hair Stylists in the City. Dylan Bradshaw's raw approach to hairdressing has earned him a reputation as Ireland's most influential industry figure. Dylan began his career aged seventeen, and thanks to his infectious passion and evolving personal ability ensured early recognition of his skills. This led him to work in some of the worlds' leading salons.
After a number of years gaining invaluable experience working in New York, Dylan decided to return to Ireland to open his own salon where his signature artistic talent is much sought after.

About Dr. KiBum Lee: Dr. Lee is an associate professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University, where he has been a faculty member since 2008. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University (with Chad. A. Mirkin; 2004) and completed his postdoctoral training at The Scripps Research Institute (with Peter G. Schultz; 2007). The primary research interest of Dr. Lee's team is the study and development of and integrated nanotechnologies and chemical functional genomics to modulate signaling pathways in mammalian cells towards specific cell lineages or behaviors. In particular, his team is exploring critical problems in cancer biology and stem cell biology pertaining to the cellular -micro- environmental interactions, and discovering how to control these interactions at the subcellular and single cell level using chemical biology and nanotechnology. From this research effort, he has developed technology platforms that may overcome the critical barriers to harnessing the full therapeutic potential of stem cells.
In recognition of his outstanding scientific achievement at Rutgers, Dr. Lee has received several awards including NIH Director's New Innovator Awards (2009), Board of Trustees Research Award for Scholarly Excellence (2013), Burroughs Wellcome Fund Collaborative Research Grant Award (2014), Busch Biomedical Grant Award (2013), New Jersey Spinal Cord Exploratory Research Award (2013), Johnson and Johnson Proof-of-Concept Award (2011), Faculty Research Grant Award (2012), New Jersey Spinal Cord Research Award (2009), and Grant Proposal Development Award (2008). Jonathan DeMar began his studies in Fine Arts at Mount Wachusett and continued to the Mass College of Art where he favored sculpture and oil painting. He made the transition to hairstyling in 1988, and has been a part of the Newbury Street circle since then. Julie made the decision right out of hairdressing school that her focus was to be haircoloring and she hasn't looked back. She has been a sought out colorist among the who's who of Boston's network since her career on Newbury St. and ability to evolve and maintain and follow trends has made her one of Boston's best Color Specialist's.Her passion has always been to create the hue's and depths that look sun-kissed or rich brunettes that are always flattering to the individuals skin tones. Her corrective color work is legendary, if someone happens to go astray. Her knowledge and wealth of color has made her a leader among colorists in the city of Boston. Her philosophy is that you can have beautiful color while maintaining healthy hair, natural beautiful color is always her priority!
Juston joined the Salon Mario Russo team in 1991 and has taken on roles including stylist, stylist educator, and senior stylist manager. He has trained extensively in fashion hub cities such as London, Montreal, and New York. Thanks to his background, he is able to recognize and utilize fashion for hair. "You absolutely never stop learning in this industry and that is one of the things I love most about it. Fashion for hair, as in fashion for clothing, changes, borrows, and evolves with each passing decade. It's so much fun being there with it as it happens," Juston has a passion for short hair and professional hair care products. Katie has been in hairdressing since 2002 and is one of our most sought after stylists. She is a member of the artistic team and is actively involved in creating collections in the salon. Katie has won among other awards, the prestigious Inter Coiffure Ireland Award 2009 and the L'Oreal Colour Trophy 2009. She has worked on numerous fashion editorial and advertising shoots. She has been a part of the creative team for the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Show in 2008 and 2012.
She has also worked on shows such as Topshop, Brown Thomas and House of Fraser. Katie enjoys all aspects of hairdressing from colour to styling, rituals and up-styling. Her focus is very much on up and coming looks & trends and trying to keep them versatile for clients.
Katie has been an in-salon educator for the past few years which is something she takes a lot of pride in and really enjoys. She keeps up to date with new techniques and trends and consistently inspires her students to try new things.
Lisa Evans is passionate about creating the perfect look for each individual. Using specialized techniques, such as balayage, she is skilled at producing radiant and natural looking results. She is inspired by both the art and the science of coloring. "I love to use fashion as an inspiration and tailor that to each client I see." Lisa says. "It is important to keep up with the trends and interpret them to suit the real life woman." Lisa is also known and respected for her transforming results in corrective color, which she achieves by basing her work on an understanding that patience is the key to success! Lisa has known she wanted to be a colorist from the very start of her professional career in 1997. She received extensive color training at the Gene Juarez Advanced Training Salon in Seattle and worked at their flagship location before relocating to Boston in 2007. She has also had various continuing education classes with some of the country's top colorists, such as The Doves, Jo Blackwell and Toni and Guy. Lisa has been featured in Lucky Magazine's Coast to Coast Guide to Great Colorists, Allure Magazine's Best of the Best issue, popsugar.com as well as quoted in the New York Times, Boston Magazine and many other publications.

Rossana Casale trained to be a professional stylist at Salon Mario Russo, officially joining the team in 1999. Her continuing education at Salon Mario Russo has enhanced and broadened her passion for styling. She has also studied with Sebastian and Bumble & Bumble in New York. Rossana's clients include television personalities and Boston Celtics Dancers. She has worked for runway shows, including St. John, Chanel, and the Paul Pierce Truth Foundation Show. She uses an honest, realistic approach to consult with clients and enable them to leave the salon feeling polished, pampered, and pretty. Rossana finds inspiration in all things feminine and conveys this through soft, flowing, flattering hairstyles that unlock the potential in a woman's hair and enhance her best features. The 2007 Boston Magazine Best of Boston winner for "Best Blow Dry", is known for her beautiful up-dos, twists and chignons. She has created looks for Boston society and celebrities, including Belinda Carlisle of the Goo Goo Dolls, Tonya Chen Mezrich of NECN, Wendy Nicks of NBC, and many others. She has created runway looks for Mike & Ton Fall/Winter 2011, and was one of the stylists of the Michael DePaulo's Couture lookbook Fall/Winter 2011.
