Cathy Flaig serves as the Commissioner for District 1. Mrs. Flaig is the co-owner of Flaig Welding, a business she and her husband started more than 40 years ago and is active in the Northern Kentucky Homebuilders Association. In addition to the welding business the Flaig's currently farm more than 1,000 acres in Boone County and southern Indiana. Commissioner Flaig returns to the Court having served as Boone County Commissioner from 1999 to 2011.

Gary W. Moore

Gary W. Moore was first elected Judge/Executive for Boone County, Kentucky in 1998. The Judge/Executive is the highest elected office in county government. Boone County is the fourth most populated and one of the fastest growing counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Gary Moore's tenure as Judge/Executive parallels a distinguished career in both private business and public service. Judge Moore currently serves as the President of OKI Regional Council of Governments as well as serving on the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) Board of Directors. He recently served as the President of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and is the past Chairman of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Board of Trustees. Judge/Executive Gary Moore has provided vision and leadership for Boone County during a period of tremendous growth and development. As a result, in just the last ten years Boone County has been awarded over 150 economic projects totaling $3.6 Billion in capital investment, creating more than 16,000 new jobs. Boone County's population has increased from 86,000 residents in 2000 to over 135,000 according to the recent 2020 census. Judge Moore continues to build strong partnerships with the cities, schools, and agencies across the county, state and the region. These working relationships have delivered results that have improved the economic development, growth, and the overall quality of life for people of Boone County. With Judge Moore's leadership, the County has continued to grow as a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

Jesse Brewer

Jesse Brewer is the Boone County Commissioner elected from District 3. Mr. Brewer was born in Cincinnati Ohio and is the oldest of four siblings. Upon graduation from high school, Commissioner Brewer enlisted in the United States Army where he honorably served his country as a reservist while attending college. Mr. Brewer has had a successful career as a businessman and law enforcement officer. In 2002, Jesse moved his family to Boone County, a community that offered a great quality of life, strong values and robust education for his children. Commissioner Brewer enjoys living in Boone County with his wife and four children. Jesse Brewer was elected in 2018 to serve on the Boone County Fiscal Court as the District 3 Commissioner where he works diligently to represent his constituents and contribute his talents to building an outstanding community. In addition to being a county commissioner, Mr. Brewer also owns his own real estate investment and property management business that was started back in 2006. When he is not busy with professional and other mandatory obligations Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and experiencing new things.

Jordan Dallas Turner

Jordan was elected as the Boone County Attorney on November 8, 2022. She is the first woman in Boone County's history to hold this office. Jordan has been a part of Boone County her entire life. After graduating from Conner High School, she attended Northern Kentucky University and spent time serving local high school students as a volunteer leader in the region's active Young Life Christian ministry. During that time, Jordan also worked as an interstate child support case worker at the Boone County Child Support Office. She graduated summa cum laude from NKU and was awarded the Outstanding Senior in Speech Communication award. Jordan attended law school at Northern Kentucky University, where she had the distinction of trying two felony criminal jury trials to verdict with a limited law license through the Kenton County Commo nwealth Attorney's Office. Upon graduating magna cum laude from NKU Chase, Jordan was awarded an internship with International Justice Mission in Washington, D.C. - one of the world's leading Christian non-governmental organizations focused on eliminating child sex trafficking. When the internship concluded, Jordan began her legal practice by serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Floyd County, Kentucky. Jordan managed the office's felony sex crime division and facilitated the county's Multi-disciplinary Team on Child Abuse, a group of professionals from across law enforcement agencies working collaboratively on felony cases involving child victims. Jordan has tried numerous felonies to conviction, including drug trafficking, assault, sodomy, sexual abuse, and wanton endangerment charges. During her time as a state felony prosecutor, Jordan also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Jordan later took a position at a civil litigation firm in Eastern Kentucky before returning home in 2014 and founding Dallas & Turner, PLLC. While in private practice, Jordan focused her practice on personal injury litigation, civil trial practice, estate and trust planning, and probate administration. In 2017, Jordan was accepted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Jordan and her husband, Ryan, have three children and reside in Union, Kentucky, where they are active in their church.

Missy Rittinger is a Registered Nurse who was born and raised in Boone County, a graduate of St. Henry High School, Northern Kentucky University Nursing Program, and the University of Phoenix, Bachelor Degree in Health Care Administration. She has been employed by St. Elizabeth Healthcare since 1990, with 25 years of experience in the Emergency Department. In 2011, Missy Rittinger was appointed as Deputy Coroner of Boone County by Doug Stith. Missy has furthered her education throughout her career to become a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), Certified Forensic Nurse (CFN), Basic Training for Coroners, and has obtained national certification in Death Investigation through the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators. Missy offers years of experience and maintains her Nursing License, SANE license, CFN and Coroner Certification status through completing annual in-service training courses and is a member of the Kentucky State Coroner's Association, Kentucky State Coroner/Medical Examiner Incident Response Team, and the Child Fatality Review Board. Missy has worked closely with Boone County's law enforcement and participated in training of our schools, EMS system and other Health Care Professionals.
