Jazmine Bradsher joined the Mayor's Office as the Director of Social Services in October 2021. She most recently served as an Outreach Worker at Father Bill's MainSpring. Jazmine is an experienced Social Worker/Community Outreach Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry, with a focus on the homeless, mental health, trauma, and substance abuse affected population. In addition to having a minor in Psychology, Jazmine holds both a Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree in Social Work.

John M. Messia is a lifelong resident of the city of Brockton and a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. After high school, John actively served for four years in The United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. John attended Bridgewater State College majoring in business. He is the owner of Mr. John's Limousine Service and Mr. John's Transportation for the last 30 years. John is a community organizer for state and local campaigns for advocacy including Disabled American Veterans (DAV). He was the recipient of the Senator Kennedy Advocacy Award. He has served as the chairperson for numerous public safety, communications, security, and transportation committees. John currently serves as the Chair of the Health Equity Taskforce and Mayor Sullivan's Wellness Trust Team.
Joseph DeGrace grew up in Bridgewater, MA. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. Joseph's duties include responding to constituents for assistance and resolving issues through intervention, facilitation, and creative problem-solving. Before joining the Mayor's Office in January, Joseph worked for the Brockton Public School system as a Paraprofessional at Plouffe Academy.
Joseph Edward Francois is a 32 year resident of the city of Brockton. Joseph has worked for various Brockton Mayor's serving as the Community Liaison since 2016. Joseph is fluent in Haitian, Creole, and French. He received a 2-year Business Computer Accounting degree from Kanyon Campbell Business School. His current role involves providing resources to and answering the questions/concerns of Brockton residents, in addition to serving as a bridge for the Mayor's Office with the Haitian community.

Kamiya Parkin joined the Mayor's Office as the Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs Associate in December 2022.
Parkin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Political Science and Human Services from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She has prior policy experience from fellowships with the Commonwealth Seminar, the Massachusetts Black & Latino Legislative Caucus and the administration of Former Boston City Councilor and Interim Mayor Kim Janey.
She has a heart for community service and social justice. Parkin has a 5+ year membership with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and is currently serving as the Acting President of the NAACP New England Area Conference Youth & College Division.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kimsone Chau joined the Mayor's Office as the Assistant Director of Constituent Services in May 2018. As the Executive Aide to the Mayor, she is responsible for the Mayor's daily schedule and continues to serve as a liaison for constituents and other senior level officials. Kimsone currently holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She brings over six years of customer service experience and is bilingual in Khmer.

Marcy joined the Mayor's Office in 2017 as an Office Administrator. She received her education from Massasoit Community College. Marcy previously worked as an office manager and receptionist, with multiple years of experience in customer service. Responsibilities in her role are to perform a wide range of administrative duties including, but not limited to, maintaining and overseeing all office administrative records, preparing and administering payroll, and entering and approving supply requisitions. She also assists and directs constituents to the appropriate departments.

Suzanne McCormack grew up in the City of Champions and attended Brockton Public Schools, finishing up at Brockton High School where she was a member of the Drama Club. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree from Smith College in Northampton, MA and her Master's Degree in communications from Simmons University in Boston, Suzanne has spent much of her career in the marketing, communications, and design arenas. She joined the Mayor's office in January 2023 after serving on the Development Team at Family and Community Resources. She has been involved with The Charity Guild for several years and is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Suzanne lives in Brockton with her son, Elijah.
