Sheriff Brian M. Chism, V, who was elected by the residents of Brunswick County, is the chief executive of the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office. He manages the Sheriff's Office which includes a substation in Calabash, a substation in Belville, the Detention Center, the Communications Center, Animal Services Center and an array of support operations necessary to provide full law enforcement coverage for Brunswick County.
