As the Chief Operating Officer, Michael leads the successful development and execution of Kostopulos Dream Foundation operations and logistics strategies, comprehensive management solutions, strategic business development and the delivery of outstanding customer solutions. Michael's main focus is to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that Kostopulos Dream Foundation has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure all operations including programs, facilities, service groups and volunteers, IT, are operating with efficiency. Mike graduated with an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix, he received a J.D. degree from University of Bucharest, and a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management and Military Science from "Ioan Voda" Military Academy. He has extensive experience in government relations, corporations and non-profit organization. When not working Mike enjoys spending time with his family, reading and traveling.

Mircea Divricean - CEO, President

Mircea has a conviction for leading innovative partnerships to build an empowering, inclusive, sustainable, and collective social impact in our community. Mircea has been with Camp K full time since 2001, and is currently the President and CEO representing the Kostopulos Dream Foundation/Camp Kostopulos. He started at Camp K in 1998 as a Camp Counselor, and has held many different positions. Mircea oversees all aspects of Camp K, including the operational, financial, development, administrative duties, program management, fund development, marketing, community relations, and strategic thinking and planning. He received a B.S. in Business Administration, with emphasis in Finance and Management, from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania. Mircea was the first Non-Profit Executive in the country to graduate from the Goldman Sachs Small Business Leadership Program. Recently, he was appointed as The Honorary Consul of Romania to Utah, by both the Romanian and USA Governments. He is also involved in several local and international nonprofit and charitable organizations, including U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (where he serves on the Advisory Board), A Child's Way Home International (where he serves as the President), University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics - Clinical Neurosciences Center (Community Advisory Board Member), Utah Nonprofits Association (Chair of Public Policy), American Camp Association Southwest Local Council of Leaders (Chair of Membership Development), American Camp Association National Council of Leaders, Vest Pocket Small Business Association Board of Directors, Romanian Consulate General Diaspora Advisory Board, Nuzzles & Co. Board of Directors, and Inspired Yearnings Board of Directors. In 2015, was honored for his leadership in the Forty Under 40 program, by Utah Business. When not working, Mircea enjoys travel, theatre, movies and gardening.

Natalie Norris

Natalie first joined Camp K as a Trip Camp Group Leader in 2007. She has been dedicated to providing the best service to our clients ever since. She continued assisting with programs and administration for several years, completing all summer camp registrations and administrative duties. After 11 years dedicating her career to the banking/brokerage industry, she joined the Camp K team full-time in 2014 as the Administrative Manager. Natalie manages our administrative and human resource functions as well as our Department of Services for People with Disabilities relationship, accounts payable billing, banking relationship, program registrations, participant documentation, and much more. She loves animals, enjoys travel, fishing, movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Scott Helmer

Performing artist, Scott Helmer, visited Camp K for the first time in 2014. He was deeply touched by the impact that Camp K makes. On December 1, 2015, Scott Helmer and Camp K will break the Guinness World Records title for the most live concerts in 24 hours. The tour will begin in California, and will end in Salt Lake City. The purpose of the tour is to raise awareness for people with disabilities around the world. Independent touring and recording artist, Scott Helmer, plans to break the Guinness World Records title for Most Live Concerts in 24 hours on December 1, 2015 - a date that coincides with #GivingTuesday. His goal is to raise $1 Million for Kostopulos Dream Foundation, home of Camp K. All money will be used exclusively by Camp K to improve facilities, ensuring that Camp K can continue to provide high quality service in a safe environment for people with disabilities and special needs. Additionally, Scott and Camp K will raise awareness about the unique needs, challenges, and abilities of people with disabilities throughout the world. Camp K is near and dear to Scott's heart. He first visited Camp K in 2014, and was impressed by the Camp K's mission, setting, staff, and campers. Scott shares a message of hope and of overcoming challenges. His message goes hand-in-hand with Camp K's message, where people with disabilities and special needs are encouraged to overcome their challenges and accomplish things that they never before believed possible. At Camp K, everyone CAN! Watch this amazing special report about how lives are being changed for the better at Camp K! National touring and recording artist, Scott Helmer, is working to help charities across the U.S raise $1 million for their respective causes. He played at Camp K on May 31.
