Dan started attending overnight camp from the young age of six years old. Between being a camper and staff member, Dan spent 18 straight summers at summer camp. After five years in the real world, Dan, along with his wife Marcy, became the Owners/Directors of Camp Mataponi in 1994. Dan graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Dan and his family reside in Jupiter, Florida when not at Camp.

Justin Philpot

Justin has worked at camp since 2005. Originally from a small country town in NSW, Australia, Justin came to camp as an 18 year old and loved Camp so much he never left! He now works full time for Mataponi and has a finance degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Lindsey Barnes

Lindsey began her time at Mataponi as a camper in 1987! Lindsey worked as a counselor from 1994-98 and came back as a Unit Leader in 2019.

Marcy Isdaner

Marcy and Dan Isdaner have been the owners and operators of Camp Mataponi since 1994. Their conviction is that being "hands on" and "in the trenches" as much as possible allows them to have a pulse on what is happening at camp from daybreak to lights out. Early morning and end of the day meetings with divisional head staff and activity leaders allows Marcy and Dan to discuss the events of the day and focus on the needs of the campers and staff. Being in touch with the daily camp life at Mataponi is paramount to each summer's success.

Molly Markulics

Molly has been part of the Mataponi family for 20 years, filling many different positions throughout the years - from Counselor to Unit Leader to Office Manager. Molly works diligently behind the scenes and throughout the year to make sure our summers run smoothly. Before coming on full-time for Mataponi in 2005, she worked as a teacher for children with autism. Molly and Todd have 3 children and live in Jupiter, FL in the off season.

Nikki Isdaner Weber

Nikki has been at Camp since she was 6 months old. She started in a bunk at 5 years old, returned as a Counselor, Unit Leader, and as of Fall 2018 joined full-time as an Assistant Director. Nikki graduated from Lehigh University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and played 4 years of Division 1 lacrosse. After college, Nikki worked in event production for an entertainment agency in NYC. She now loves spending the summer at Mataponi with her husband Tripp and daughter Sari!

Stacy Tupper

Stacy began her time at Mataponi as a camper in 2000. In 2011, she joined the staff as the Director of Horseback Riding.

Todd Markulics

Todd has been a part of Camp Mataponi for 22 years. He has held every level of camp positions, from counselor, to Activity Director to Assistant Director and has been the Director of Operations for the past 10 years. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional/Camp Management from the school of Health and Human Services. He is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, cycling, running, and playing on an organized men's softball team. He is a Level 1 and 2 certified US Lacrosse Coach and he has also coached youth soccer and baseball.
