In 2003, Pastor Rob called Cindy to come on staff as the Office Manager, and within five months she was invited to lead the Women's Ministry. She had been widowed two years before coming on staff, serving alongside her husband of 25 years in his Veterinary Clinic in Lakeview. Cindy has now moved to doing just Women's Ministry. She has discovered that teaching the Women's Bible Studies and overseeing Calvary's ministry to the women is one of her greatest delights. Cindy's oldest daughter, Heather, is the Director of the House of Charis. Rory, her son, is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel of Prineville and father of four of Cindy's six grandchildren, and her youngest daughter, Rosalie, is a strong Jesus lover and mother of two. In her spare time she loves to read, garden and spend time with family and friends.

Kim was born and raised in Portland and moved to Corvallis to attend Oregon State University where she graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Health and Human Sciences. In 2011, she began serving at Calvary as a youth leader. In January of 2016, she was brought on staff as an administrator. She primarily works with the interns, support team and provides logistical support for Sundays. She also serves as Calvary's wedding coordinator. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking treats and snuggling with her cat.

Nehemiah was raised in Glide, OR. He came to Corvallis as a freshman at Oregon State University. On his first week as a student, he got connected to Real Life. Throughout his time in college, Real Life strengthened his walk with the Lord and provided opportunities to serve. Nehemiah realized that he has a passion for discipling students, and recognized a calling to continue with college ministry after graduating. Now on staff as the men's director for Real Life, he gets to disciple young men, coordinate small group Bible studies, oversee interns, and plan outreach events and retreats. Nehemiah is a big Star Wars fan, and loves collecting LEGO. He enjoys hiking forest trails and visiting the coast with his wife, Mchail, and their dog Marshall. His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:16: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

Zane was born in Liberty, Missouri and raised in a tiny little town called Weatherby (current population: 79). His family moved to Oregon when he was eight. He came to Calvary through the Real Life college ministry! He started coming with his friends and stayed around as an intern through the summer and during the school year. He has been on staff as the middle school leader since June 2022. He spends his time planning ahead for events coming up, answering emails, or studying to teach on Sunday morning or for Wednesday Night youth group. Zane loves being outside, reading, making things, and talking with people. In his opinion, God did a great job making all this stuff and he enjoys anything that allows him to take more of it in! If you have a student in junior high, Zane would love to meet and get to know them!
