CAPITOL CITY GYM

At all levels, the Capitol City Gymnastics coaching staff teaches listening skills, cooperation, following instructions, and problem solving. We make it a priority to look for the good, give corrections with respect, and emphasize our gymnasts' hard work even more than we praise their excellent results. While we are eager to push and support our gymnasts to accomplish their goals within the sport, we know that it is even more valuable to help them embody health, resilience, confidence, and strength, no matter where life takes them... Our gym community is a loving family where coaches accept and respect athletes as they are, and help them progress toward their goals. CCG gymnasts conquer doubts and work hard as they build coordination, flexibility, and mental and physical strength.
