Ashley Elliott Fox is a long time resident of the South Brunswick Islands, calling Ocean Isle Beach home for over ten years.
She was raised in Chapel Hill and studied business and public relations at UNC and she is a true tar heel! Ashley is very passionate about the island she calls home where she is raising a son and daughter with her husband, Charles. Ashley and her husband have enjoyed all type of home ownership on Ocean Isle from renovating to purchasing a lot to building from the ground up. This personal experience has helped Ashley to have a deep insight into all of the ins and outs of buying, selling and building on a South Brunswick Island. She has turned that knowledge and passion into a career in real estate.

Chauncey Cooke is a former owner of Cooke Realty Ocean Isle Beach, NC. (1981 - 2016). Chauncey grew up in real estate on Ocean Isle Beach when his family moved to Ocean Isle Beach permanently in 1975 and started their real estate company on the island. He managed Cooke Realty's property management department for 25 years and has been active as a real estate agent since 1981. Chauncey is most proud of his reputation within the Ocean Isle Beach community. He values the relationships of his past clients and fellow brokers on the island. Christian has been a native of Brunswick County since 2002, originally from the Burlington, NC area. Growing up he mother worked with a local builder in Southeastern Brunswick County that sparked her interest in the real estate industry at a young age. She is a very proud mother of two children, Lilly and Branson. In her free time she volunteers at Supply Elementary School and enjoys attending local events. Whether it be swimming, fishing, surfing or sea shell hunting she enjoys any activity that revolves around all that the Brunswick County Beaches offer. My name is Jeanette Cole. My husband, two dachshunds and I moved to Sunset Beach, NC from Chattanooga, TN back in 2019. We vacationed here for many years and finally got the chance to move here! My son, daughter, and son-in-law are still back in Tennessee, but love to visit us at the beach. The mountains of Tennessee are extremely beautiful, but the beaches in this area have no equal. I absolutely love being on beach time! In 2019, I affiliated with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty which couples the network of one of the largest real estate franchises in the world with the local knowledge of the South Brunswick Islands since 1955. During the COVID-19 downtime early in 2020, I received my e-PRO, PSA/Mastering the CMA, Real Estate Investing, and Leadership Certificates. I worked hard on my career while the state and world were shut down. I genuinely believe that these Certificate courses helped me learn even more about the most important parts of Real Estate. The e-PRO Certificate helps ensure that I keep my client's personal information protected while interacting in such a high-tech society. Getting certified in PSA/Mastering the CMA was crucial to being able to price my client's property correctly, getting them the most money possible while not overpricing and causing everyone unnecessary stress and wasted time. The Real Estate Investing Certificate gave me valuable insight on the Investing process and gave me the tools necessary to help all my Investor clients. While the world was closed, I was taking advantage of the extra time to invest in myself to better help and assist my clients. Even though I am an introvert at heart, I am a self-motivator, and I don't quit. If you want to work with someone who puts you first and will make sure that your interests are put front and center, then I'm the person for you. My main goal is to get along with everyone, even if our personalities don't quite line up. I am available for my clients anytime they need me. The Real Estate business is not a 9-5 job, it is a job that keeps you moving from early morning until you collapse from exhaustion at bedtime. Raised in southern North Carolina, Jesse has had a passion for the island life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in a coastal community, Jesse learned to cherish everything that makes coastal North Carolina so great. As a child, Jesse spent most of his days surfing and exploring the coast, traveling wherever the best surf could be found. As a 5 time East Coast Surfing Champion, Jesse had the opportunity to travel the world, spending time in a handful of beach towns. After high school Jesse began his professional career as a surfboard shaper, starting his own line of custom handmade surfboards. JM Surfboards was started in 2000 and continues on today, still handshaped by Jesse in Ocean Isle Beach. Jesse continued to hone his creative talents in the building industry as a custom finish carpenter, working with a successful area builder. Ultimately it was Jesse's love for people and surfing that led him to open a Retail and Coffee Shop in Ocean Isle Beach in 2011 which he sold in 2016. Jesse continues to share his passion for the ocean with children as co-owner of OIB Surf Camp. Real Estate has always been an interest of Jesse's. Karen is a native Brunswick County resident, growing up in this area she has a lot of experience with the comings and goings of past and present growth. Michael joined Commercial team at Coldwell Banker, Sloane Realty in 2022. His focus is commercial brokerage and leasing, with an emphasis on the Retail market segment. That said, his brokerage skills have been developed across all parts of the commercial real estate landscape. Michael also has a background in property management services, with experience in managing shopping centers, medical offices, and investment properties. As the owner and operator of local small businesses throughout much of his career, Michael has a unique understanding of what it takes to be successful. He helped form the Calabash Merchants Association and acted as the chairman for the first three years. While operating his jewelry store in Calabash, Michael served on a mayor-appointed committee consisting of business owners, residents, developers, and commissioners to rewrite the Town's Unified Development Ordinance. In recent years, Michael has worked with the staff and planning department of Sunset Beach, NC during their rewrite of their current UDO. Michael also served as a board member of the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, creating a lasting connection to the local business community.
