Councilman John Martin has been a resident of White Plains since 1982 and a downtown business owner since 1995. John is an attorney with a long history of civic involvement.
John has served as president of the Fisher Hill Association, vice chair of the White Plains Urban Renewal Agency, chair of the Comprehensive Plan Management Group and Plan Update Committee, member and chair of the White Plains Board of Assessment Review, and as chair and treasurer of the White Plains Business Improvement District. Councilman Martin founded the White Plains Saint Patrick's Day Parade Committee in 1998 and has served as chair since inception.
In 1995, John co-founded All New York Title Agency which has been located in downtown White Plains.
John has served on the Common Council since 2011 and currently chairs the city's Budget and Management Advisory Committee.
Councilwoman Jennifer Puja is the youngest female ever elected to the White Plains Common Council and began her first term in 2020. She serves as the Recreation Advisory Committee Chair for the White Plains Recreation & Parks Department. She is also an Advisory Board Member for the Mount Sinai Selikoff Center for Occupational Health, an active PTA parent at Post Road School and is a member of the Labor & Human Rights Committee of the Westchester County Board of Legislators.

Justin C. Brasch, his wife and three children have lived in White Plains since 2003. Mr. Brasch is a graduate of Hunter College High School, Williams College and attended Oxford University during his Junior year. He is also a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Mr. Brasch is a Partner at the Law Offices of Justin C. Brasch, a New York City firm, specializing in Landlord-Tenant, Leasing and Criminal Law.
Council Member Brasch is currently Chair of the Board of the White Plains Youth Bureau and a Member of the Budget and Management Advisory Committee.
Mr. Brasch has over thirty years of public service which began at age seventeen, when he was an intern for then Congressman Ted Weiss. Justin C. Brasch is a former member of the White Plains Planning Board. He served for over ten years on the Westchester County Legislature's Citizens Budget Advisory Committee, as well as being a member of the White Plains School Board Budget Advisory Committee and the White Plains Multi-Modal Transportation Center Stakeholder Task Force. Justin C. Brasch is also a former member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Democratic Party. Mr. Brasch has served in numerous leadership positions as a volunteer for a variety of non-profit, advocacy, and charitable organizations, including the Sierra Club and the NAACP.
Justin Brasch is a member of the Hebrew Institute of White Plains and the Young Israel of White Plains. Mr. Brasch's wife, Juli Smith, is a Lawyer in New York City and serves as a Commissioner of the White Plains Housing Authority.
