Bob Allen has over thirty years of experience in Commercial Financing and Banking. His banking experience includes financing for new projects as well as for construction and development. He also has provided church financing for many churches over the years for acquisition, debt re-structure and new construction. He is the Senior Finance Officer at his church. After three decades of working for banks, he finished his banking career as Branch President, a position he held for five years. Daniel, a licensed Real Estate broker, brings 20+ years of experience as a Pastor, Bible College educator, and Church consultant to addressing the physical plant and growth needs of churches in the greater Houston area. An engineer by training, Daniel earned graduate degrees from Houston Baptist University and Dallas Theological Seminary. He has consulted with hundreds of ministry leaders and local churches through the years, and intimately understands their unique needs in expanding the Kingdom of God here on Earth. Worth area that are handled by staff members or associates. He founded the company in 1986 and by 1990 had made the commitment to serve churches exclusively. Danny's dedication to the real estate needs of the church community is a natural merging of his love for the Church and his background in property acquisition and development. John Muzyka has served churches for the last 11 years. John actively represents churches as a buyer's representative as they look for land and buildings. John has developed a process that he uses to serve church planters and multisite churches as they investigate new multisite locations and identify all available opportunities within the target areas. While serving churches in the DFW Metroplex and across the country, John spends the majority of his time in Collin County and Houston.
