Crystal Lind joined the Colorado Chamber as a consultant to work with the Community Engagement and Events Department. Her experience includes working with small business owners as well as large corporations which helps her in relating to new and current Chamber members. Cynthia Eveleth-Havens has been with the Colorado Chamber of Commerce since February 2019. In her role as Senior Vice President of Communications, she oversees all of the Chamber's public relations and messaging strategies, media relations, digital communications and marketing.
Cynthia came to Colorado from Austin, Texas and has more than a decade of experience in political communications, media relations, campaigns and government affairs. Prior to joining the Chamber, she handled state legislative affairs for Texas' oil and gas regulatory agency, the Texas Railroad Commission. She previously served as the media spokeswoman for the Texas Attorney General's office, where she worked closely with state political reporters and managed the office's media strategy for several high-profile Supreme Court cases. Cynthia also worked in the press office of then-Governor Rick Perry and served on the communications team of Governor Greg Abbott's successful 2014 gubernatorial campaign. She began her career in 2010, working on local, state, and national political campaigns in Texas and Washington, DC focusing on communications and campaign management.
On the weekends, Cynthia can be found hiking, backpacking or skiing in the mountains with her husband Jaron, her son Clark, and her dog Lincoln. She's passionate about the outdoors, landscape photography, wine, Taylor Swift, and Colorado craft beer.
She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and public policy from The George Washington University and was a member of the Colorado Chamber's Leadership Colorado class of 2020.

Dave's responsibilities include leading the membership team, establishing and maintaining partnerships with key Colorado business leaders, board development, leading the Chair's Roundtable, and engaging Colorado businesses in advocating for Colorado's economic prosperity. Dave is a past Board member and President of the Board of the Association of State Chamber Professionals, and served 6 years on the Board of the Colorado Mountain Club.
As an avocation since 2017, Dave hosts the ProCO360 podcast featuring world-class entrepreneurs who could be successful anywhere, and choose Colorado. ProCO360 was named "Best Colorado Business Podcast" in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Many Colorado Chamber members have been featured including the leaders of Ball Corporation, Jake Jabs of American Furniture Warehouse, and several Colorado unicorn CEOs.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Dave started, grew and then sold, Tabor Interactive, which created internet and multimedia products for major corporations in the U.S. and abroad. Dave's career began in the cable television industry working for industry pioneer Bill Daniels.
Dave earned a business degree from Drake University, and an MBA from the University of Colorado. He is a former college and Denver Broncos mascot. Dave lives in Littleton with his wife Cheryl. Their two sons are both CU Buffs!

Julie Coakley is a dedicated professional who currently serves as the Engagement Coordinator at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, a role she has held since 2019. In this capacity, Julie plays a pivotal role in the success of the Chamber by assisting the membership team vice presidents in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key business leaders in Colorado. Her focus extends to actively engaging Colorado businesses in advocating for the state's economic prosperity.
Before joining the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, Julie gathered valuable experience in various professional capacities. She served as an executive assistant to the vice president at the prestigious Colorado School of Mines, showcasing her organizational prowess and attention to detail. Julie also excelled as a software project manager, bringing her analytical and problem-solving skills to the forefront. Additionally, she held the position of director at one of the largest test prep centers in the U.S., demonstrating her leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Beyond her professional achievements, Julie is a loving mother to two college-aged sons and a proud pet parent to a dog and two cats. Outside the office, she finds joy in exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado through camping and hiking, embracing the beauty that her home state has to offer.

Laura Moss joined the team in 2014. She is the Office Manager and supports the Governmental Affairs team throughout the Legislative Session. Laura is the go-to person for the entire staff. She designs most of the Chamber's mass email communications and handles IT-related issues.

Lauren Schwartz is an award-winning community relations and nonprofit leader who serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations for the Colorado Chamber and Executive Director of the Association of Colorado Chambers of Commerce (ACCC). Lauren's role is to ensure that chamber members, including business groups, are fully engaged in the Chamber's mission to build a healthy business environment for Colorado by sharing their perspectives, priorities and concerns; providing feedback on policies that will affect business in Colorado; and having opportunities to engage with lawmakers and key influencers, ensuring that the voice of the business community is heard at both the state capitol and the federal level.
Outside of work, Lauren volunteers her time with organizations that have special meaning to her. She is past president of the board of directors for the Susan G. Komen Colorado breast cancer foundation, and past-president for the Colorado Mountain Club Foundation.
Lauren is happiest when spending time with family and friends and doing just about anything in the great outdoors. She is married with three grown step-kids and a Berne-doodle named Banks. She's a 14er finisher and an art lover who unabashedly loves to drink wine, eat like a man, and laugh out loud as much as possible.

Loren was named President & CEO of the Colorado Chamber on January 1, 2022. Prior to becoming President, she served as the Chamber's Senior Vice President of State & Federal Relations since 2008 and led the Chamber's engagement on all State and Federal governmental issues that affect businesses statewide. In that role she was the primary spokesperson for the organization, and as a member of the leadership team, was actively involved in operational issues including hiring and communications strategies, membership, and strategic approaches for the organization.

Rhonda is a partner in the State and Local Tax Services Group of RubinBrown LLP. Rhonda consults with businesses on issues related to multistate income, franchise and indirect tax issues. This involves support on legislative, regulatory and controversy matters in multiple states. Rhonda's range of experience encompasses everything from state and home-rule city audit process support, audit appeals, negotiation and litigation support, multistate planning, transactional analysis, refund reviews, taxability studies, voluntary disclosures, tax incentive analysis and tax credit studies. Her 25+ years of experience span the manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, service, software, mining and utility industries.
Rhonda also chairs the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry Tax Council, which represents all industries operating within the state of Colorado. This Council monitors and addresses developing tax issues, proposed legislation, proposed regulations and other matters. On behalf of this Council, Rhonda has testified on proposed legislation, commented on proposed regulations and addressed other concerns in order to protect and support industry. In 2012, Rhonda also initiated a three-year term as a Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry Board Member.
Rhonda served as the campaign treasurer for Colorado State House of Representatives District 23 Candidate, Rick Enstrom, and continues to serve as the treasurer for the Fox Hollow Ladies 9-Hole Golf Association.

Tricia Smith is the Senior Vice President, Investor & Community Engagement at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. Her responsibilities at the Colorado Chamber include event sponsorship, budget, and execution; Board development, and engaging business leaders in advocacy for Colorado's economic prosperity.
Prior to joining the Colorado Chamber, Tricia is a veteran in the airline industry, 15 years with Southwest Airlines, where she lead, coached, and managed the Southeast Region in Ground Operations and Marketing. Earlier in her career, Tricia supported the Executive Team and served as an advocate for internal and external customers. Tricia's vast airline experience achieved operational excellence, cultivated community relations and contributed to nationally award-winning customer service.
Tricia earned a full-ride athletic scholarship at Nicholls State University where she played Division I NCAA softball. Later she graduated from California State University, Chico with a business degree.
Tricia has a passion for travel, loves the outdoors and always looking for the next adventure. She lives in Denver, Colorado. In 2015, Tricia was chosen for American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network, a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management and serves on the Association of State Chamber Professionals Board of Directors.
