Crosscut Homes, established in 1999, specializes in premier property development throughout Anne Arundel County. Our staff and all of our subcontractors have over 25 years of building experience. By maintaining a small organization and keeping long-term relationships with all of our subcontractors, Crosscut Homes is able to develop a more personal relationship with our clients. We encourage all of our clients to be part of the building process and strive to make each client's building experience second to none!... Unlike larger builders, Crosscut Homes focuses on quality over quantity-minimizing our housing starts to less than five per year. In this manner, we are able to give the utmost attention to every detail in each of our clients' new homes. Currently, we have two waterfront homes for sale, one in Severna Park and the other in Annapolis. We are starting construction on two new developments - one in Severna Park and one in Jessup.
