Tony Scruppi joined the Design 3 Architecture team in 1997 and became a Stockholder and Principal in 2005. Tony has over 15 years of design experience in numerous building types from multi-million dollar public buildings to work in the private sector that includes retail, restaurants, and interior renovation. His enthusiastic approach and hands-on management style has reinforced Design 3 Architecture's philosophy of collaborative design.

Diane Yarnot joined Design 3 Architecture in 2003. She has a wide range of experience with both residential and commercial projects. Diane works with many of Design 3 Architecture's leasing agent clientele providing tenant programming, space planning, build-out drawings and interior design services. Her training and background in interior design has significantly enhanced Design 3 Architecture's space planning services and interior design studio.

John Parrish joined Design 3 Architecture in 1991. He has advanced from architectural draftsman to Project Manager and has more than 25 years of experience in preparing quality construction / bid documents. John's expertise in computer-aided drafting and attention to detail has enhanced Design 3 Architecture's ability to provide clients with cost effective, accurate and concise documents. John also serves as AutoCAD Systems Manager.

In addition to his role as project manager, Josh is our Building Information Modeling (BIM) manager and has worked to integrate a BIM workflow into the office, utilizing the latest innovations in 3D modeling, analysis, and visualization to enhance collaborative efforts and streamline the design process from conceptualization through construction.

Mike Moyta joined Design 3 Architecture in 1983 and has been a valuable member of the Design 3 Architecture team for nearly his entire career. His organizational skills and technical competence combine to make complex projects with unusual problems a special area of expertise. Mike became a Stockholder and Principal in 1992. He also serves as Information Technologies (IT) Systems Manager for the firm.

Rebecca Morrill joined Design 3 Architecture in 2022. She brings with her 10+ years of experience in supporting management in administrative support as an Office Manager. She also maintains the company's financials while overseeing the everyday duties of making sure the office is running in an efficient manner.

Bill Snyder's experience, attention to design and clients' needs, and his management skills have helped Design 3 Architecture in its growth. He joined the firm in 1985, with more than 10 years of commercial and residential architectural experience.
In 1992, Bill became a Stockholder and Principal in Design 3 Architecture; and in 2008, he assumed the Managing Principal position of the firm, continuing Design 3 Architecture's long legacy of providing quality design and architectural services to our clients.
