CSDB is a Deaf, Blind, and Deafblind-led academy where language, learning, and leadership converge to generate agency. Grounded in lived experience, students develop presence, purpose, and wayfinding - in a space built for growth, pride, and authenticity... At CSDB, we are committed to a bilingual environment in American Sign Language (ASL) and English) that ensures equitable access, authentic expression, and lifelong empowerment for every learner... The Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) consists of the School for the Blind, School for the Deaf, Outreach Programs including Early Intervention, and an Employability Center. Established in 1874, CSDB has a long and proud history as a leader in the state of Colorado in providing services to students who are Blind, Visually Impaired, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf-blind and their families.
