Dr. Grbach is active with the North Eastern Ohio Dental Society as a past president, member of the executive board and delegate to the Ohio Dental Association House of Delegates. Dr. Grbach also participates in North Eastern Ohio Dental Society Give Kids a Smile Day and is involved with the Dental OPTIONS Program, which provides dental services to adults who don't have access to dental care.

Dr. Grbach has served on the Council for Communication and Public Service for the Ohio Dental Association from 2000-2003 and was chairmen of the council from 2002-2003. During his tenure Dr. Grbach was the initial statewide chairman for Give Kids A Smile, which is a program that donates dental services to children who don't have access to dental care.

Jason Mok, DMD practices dentistry at Lake County's Dental Wellness Center. Dr. Mok is a 2011 graduate of University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He is passionate about meeting new people and making their day better through small interactions. Dr. Mok enjoys teaching and educating people who are willing to listen and are open to change. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outside.
