DR. GROVER - Key Persons
Alfredo is our organized SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST and comes to Grover Surgical Arts with almost ten years of experience in assisting with plastic, orthopedic, podiatric and spine surgery. Alfredo ensures that our operating room and surgical equipment are fully-prepared, sterile and in working order prior to surgery and while in the operating room he directly assists Dr. Grover with patient positioning, passing instruments and circulating. A former officer with the United States Marine Corps, Alfredo is meticulous in his work and has earned numerous medals and commendations. He obtained his Associate degree in Surgical Technology from American Career College. In his free time, Alfredo enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, mountain biking, riding off-road motorcycles and creating art.
Ana is our lovely PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT and recently joined the team at Grover Aesthetics and Surgical Arts. She works in the operating room with the rest of our surgical team and also performs non-surgical procedures and treatments at our Med Spa, The Laser Lounge. She is looking forward to meeting our amazing patients and helping them realize their aesthetic goals. Ana obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University of California, San Rafael. In her free time Ana enjoys staying active by traveling, hiking and exploring.

Kelly is our highly-skilled DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL NURSING and recently joined the team at Grover Surgical Arts with almost 20 years of prior nursing experience. On the day of surgery, Kelly takes excellent care of our patients from their pre-operative preparation through their post-operative release from the center. She works diligently in the operating room alongside Dr. Grover and also behind the scenes to create an optimal surgical experience for patients. Kelly believes in hard work, having a positive upbeat attitude and treating patients like family. She has a passion for aesthetic and reconstructive nursing and is also trained in administering cosmetic injectable medicine, laser procedures and skincare treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Well-educated, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at California State University Long Beach and also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a Clinical Specialty in Sports Psychology, from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, exercising, being outdoors and learning more about aesthetics.
Melissa Matsie is our very capable OFFICE MANAGER and comes to Grover Aesthetics with many years of experience in the aesthetics and medical spa industries. Melissa is often our patients' first point of contact and coordinates the orderly flow of the office. She is well-trained in and knowledgeable about, all things Med Spa related and has specific expertise in a myriad of laser modalities and skincare treatments. As a licensed aesthetician from Golden West College, Melissa enjoys educating patients regarding their non-surgical aesthetic aspirations. In her free time, Melissa enjoys camping on the beach, outdoor activities, cooking, fine wine, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Giambalvo is our hard-working and energetic PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR and recently joined our team. Sarah works with our surgical patients from before their first consultation through their final follow-up appointment and is always available to provide our patients with any additional support and guidance. She is excited to meet our patients and guide them through their self-enhancement journey. Sarah achieved her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business from California State University, Channel Islands. Sarah loves gardening in her backyard, cooking for her family, walking her dogs and going to the beach with her two beautiful kids.
