At the moment like the rest of the NHS we are receiving extremely high levels of phone calls and demand for appointments. The vast majority of callers are polite and courteous and understand the difficult and skilled job that our receptionists do. However we have a zero tolerance policy for the small minority of people who are abusive to our staff. We would ask for your patience at this time. If you have a problem that is urgent and cannot wait please inform the reception team. They have been trained to ask for some details so that they can help you to get to the right care.
