The Eastern 4-H Center opened in May 2001 with appropriated funding by the state of North Carolina and significant contributions from corporations, foundations, and individuals across the state. The Eastern 4-H Center is owned and operated by NC State University and administered within the system of NC 4-H Camps in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences as part of North Carolina Cooperative Extension. Youth DO NOT need to be members of 4-H to participate in programs at the Eastern 4-H Center... Our waterfront facility along Bulls Bay hosts events throughout the year. From meetings and workshops, corporate retreats, summer camp, school field trips, and team-building programs to banquets and receptions, our exceptional facility, beautiful setting, recreational opportunities, and highly qualified staff are here to help you "make the best better".
