James T. Clark - President

Mr. Clark is a graduate of Texas A&M University, College Station (B. S., Civil Engineering, 1980) and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Mr. Clark has over 38 years of engineering and management experience first with Exxon Company USA and for the last 35 years with Everest.

Milan Swikert

Job Titles:
  • Consulting Geologist / Geophysicist
Mr. Swikert has been an explorationist in the Petroleum industry for 41 years. After earning a Geological Engineering degree from Michigan Tech., Mr. Swikert began his career with Tenneco in 1977 where he received hands on experience with drilling, production and development geology. He has been retained and worked for many reputable companies over his career including Harry Cullen, Saxet Energy, Suemaur E&P and Winn and Associates. As a principal of Constellation Partners he was able to joint venture with El Paso and Burlington on several deep Projects in South Texas. Through the years Mr. Swikert has excelled in generating, marketing, drilling, and evaluation of Wildcat Prospects. His skill sets include proficiency with 3D workstations, log evaluation and integration of gravity, paleo and petrophysical data with 2D and 3D seismic.

Ron V. Polansky

Job Titles:
  • Controller
Mr. Polansky received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Mary's University (B.B.A., Business & Accounting, 1977, J.D., 1980). Ron then worked for Peat Marwick and several regional accounting firms before moving full time to the oil business with Tana Oil and Gas. Later he worked for Magnum and BNP Petroleum before joining Everest in 2007. Ron is a certified Public Accountant.

Travis Clark

Job Titles:
  • Geologist
Mr. Clark is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (Geology, 2008). Mr. Clark began his career with Dynamic Production, Inc. in 2009 where he received hands on experience supporting prospect generating and screening outside deals. Mr. Clark jointed Everest in 2016.
