Carter has been a member of FBC since 2004 and has served as Student Pastor since 2016. Carter has a passion for students, and in his spare time enjoys sports broadcasting for Booneville High School, New Site High School, and Northeast Mississippi Community College.
Jason is married to Angela Reed, and they have two daughters, Cathryn and Ella Grace. He has served as pastor of First Baptist since August 2016. Jason completed his undergraduate at Leavell College, his Master of Divinity through New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and he is working to complete his Doctor of Ministry in the near future. His hobbies include playing golf, cooking, and watching the Tennessee Volunteers and Nashville Predators.

Mollie is married to Derick Davis, and they have two children, Cooper and Mattie Caroline. She has served as Interim Children's Minister since 2023, but has been an active member of First Baptist since 2011 and served in many different capacities with the children's ministry. Mollie completed her dental hygiene degree at Northeast Mississippi Community College and her undergraduate at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is currently working on her Master of Higher Education. She is passionate about walking alongside the children of FBC and watching their love for our Lord grow. Her hobbies include running, gardening, and watching her favorite teams- the Booneville Blue Devils and the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Roger Young is a graduate of Northpoint Bible College (1975) and majored in Bible and Christian Education. He has ministered in several capacities; Lead Pastor, Youth Pastor, Christian Education/Children's Pastor and Church Administrator. He has taught at Stanford University and Bethany University. Roger has been married to wife Sandy since 1975 and has two children and 6 grandchildren.

Vicky is originally from Missouri and moved to Booneville in 1990. She has served on staff at FBC since 2001. Vicky loves and serves our senior adults at FBC through involvement in the Berea Class and also serves our community through food distribution for Anderson Elementary School. Vicky is married to Kevin. In her free time Vicky enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
