Prior to working on staff at BC, Leake pitched for two seasons acting as both a starter and reliever for the Eagles. Leake amassed over 100 career innings for Boston College while tallying over 100 strikeouts. In his final year at BC, Leake was named a team captain of the squad. Before playing his grad years at BC, Leake completed his Bachelor's Degree at Babson College. His time at Babson College is highlighted by a trip to the 2019 D3 College World Series and a conference championship in 2018. He was also named captain at Babson College in his senior year. Leake played summer ball for the Pittsfield Suns, Upper Valley Nighthawks, and Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod League.

Jack is a highly accomplished baseball player and coach with over a decade of experience in the sport. He began his career as a standout player at Newton North High School, where he played for four years, serving as team captain for two years and earning All-Conference honors as a Senior. His Senior season, he led the team in all major offensive categories, demonstrating his exceptional skill as a hitter and overall baseball player. He also won the Hamill award, given to the best high school baseball player in the city of Newton. After high school, Jack continued his baseball career at Clemson University, where he played club baseball for four years. As a standout player for the Clemson club team, he was a 3 time all region player and lead the country in Home Runs his Sophomore year. He also player/coached the team his Junior and Senior seasons. Alongside his playing career, Jack McLaughlin has also established himself as an outstanding coach and mentor to young baseball players. He has coached travel ball teams for players aged 10-18 for ten years, helping to develop their skills and achieve success on the field. His coaching has resulted in the placement of six players in collegiate baseball, a testament to his ability to identify and develop talent. In 2015, Jack opened his own baseball instruction facility, Extra Innings Watertown. As the owner and operator of this facility, he provides top-notch hitting, pitching, and fielding instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. His passion for the game and commitment to excellence have made him a sought-after coach and instructor in the baseball community. Overall, Jack is a talented and accomplished baseball player and coach who has made a significant impact on the sport at both the amateur and collegiate levels.

Thomas Joyce

Originally from Newton MA, Thomas played 4 seasons of professional baseball internationally as a Catcher / Infielder where he was a middle of the lineup bat. During his time overseas he also served as the club's primary hitting coach and youth development coach. Prior to his professional career, he attended Newton North High School where he was named MVP of the Bay State Conference in 2016, and also attended Merrimack College where he was named All-American in 2020.
