Pastor David was born in Hong Kong and became a follower of Christ at age 11. He has served as a choir member, praise team member, Junior High Fellowship counselor, mission team member, etc.
In 1996, he moved to Los Angeles, continuing his studies in High School and College. After working at LA County for a few years as a Civil Engineer, God called him into ministry in 2005. He got his M.Div. from Golden Gate Seminary (Now Gateway Seminary) in 2008. God has led him to serve at churches in Alhambra and in Toronto, before leading him and his family to FCBC Fountain Valley in 2021.
David enjoys spending time with his wife Erica and his daughter Faith. He also likes to read, drive and play sports.

Pastor Frank was born in a fourth generation Christian family in Taiwan, and emigrated to Vancouver Canada at age of 13. By God's grace, he gradually became a born again Christian as he went through different phases of faith journey.
He graduated from University of Toronto in 2003 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in History and Linguistics. He went on to teach English as Second Language in Taiwan as well as Vancouver. However, God's calling to ministry was long planted in his heart during a summer mission trip in Taiwan back in 1999. In 2008, he finally answered the call for good and enrolled into Logos Evangelical Seminary School, earning an M.Div. degree in 2011. Pastor Frank served at churches in Chicago and Riverside, CA before going back to Logos to pursue Th.M degree. He joined FCBC-FV family in 2020 as Pastor of Mandarin Ministry.
He and his wife, Ada, have been married since 2013, and they have a daughter, Ily, and a son, Israel. Besides from having the passion to preach the true words of God, Pastor Frank is a sports maniac who enjoys all kinds of sports. He also loves to cook and share his culinary skills with others.

Pastor Godfrey was born in Oakland to first-generation immigrants from Guangzhou, China, and was born-again at Chinese Independent Baptist Church at age 7. By God's grace, and through the many (desperate!) prayers of faithful family and mentors, he grew in faith during those early formative years.
In 1990, after finishing a B.A. in geography at Berkeley, he moved to UCLA, graduated with an M.Ed., and went on to teach secondary mathematics. In 1997, together with his bride, Stacey, he embarked on a new path towards pastoral ministry by enrolling at Talbot School of Theology, earning an M.Div. in 2000. Pastor Godfrey served at churches in Palos Verdes and Irvine before joining the FCBC-FV family in 2012.
Besides Jesus, Godfrey's joys in life are Stacey and their children Sarah, Shane, and Selah. His interests include (in alphabetical order) athletics, bargain-shopping, Bay Area sports, cars, food, games, history, home/kitchen gadgets, music and people.

Pastor Steven was born and raised in Irvine, CA and came to faith in Christ as a child by the grace of God and the loving ministry of those at FCBC-FV.
He graduated from UCLA in 2003 with a degree in Economics and worked as a financial analyst for five years before enrolling in seminary. In 2012, he received his Masters of Divinity from the The Master's Seminary and began serving as Pastor of Youth Ministry at FCBC-FV.
He and his wife, Angie, have been married since 2007 and have three children: Olivia, Silas, and Rebekah. Steven enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, sports, and nature.

- English Pastor / Pastor Tony Grew Up in Louisville, Kentucky. in 1990, He Became a Christian at a Summer Retreat.
Pastor Tony graduated from University of Illinois of Urbana-Champaign (‘94), and received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley. After working for Hewlett Packard as an electrical engineer for three years, he enrolled at Talbot Theological Seminary, receiving his Masters of Divinity ('02) and Masters of Theology ('04). While studying at Talbot, Pastor Tony served as a pastoral intern at FCBC and in 2004, he became the Pastor of Youth Ministry. In 2011, Pastor Tony became the Pastor of English Ministry.
He and his wife, Renee, have been married since 2005 and have one son, Isaiah. Pastor Tony is an avid sports fan and has a passion for preaching God's Word and training teachers. He is always open to suggestions for a new book, game, or place to eat.
