Amy Gromowski

Ms. Gromowski is a product of Lutheran education from her elementary school years through college at Valparaiso University, Indiana. She has taught in a variety of grade levels throughout her career in education. In her leisure time, Ms. Gromowski enjoys reading a good mystery, crocheting prayer shawls, on-line gaming, and geo-caching with her children. It is truly her honor and privilege to be serving the church, school families, and our Lord here at Good Shepherd.

Bonnie Mihal

Colleen Galaviz

Mrs. Galaviz is happy to be teaching Spanish. She has had the wonderful opportunity to travel to various Latin American countries. She loves speaking Spanish and photography. When she is not teaching at Good Shepherd, she is working in her photography studio.

Danielle Bely

Mrs. Bely is excited to be sharing the Lord's love with his little lambs here at Good Shepherd! She graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2000 and has been teaching ever since! She has taught in kindergarten and second grade at other schools and now has the privilege of teaching first grade here at Good Shepherd. Mrs. Bely and her family have been members at Good Shepherd for many years and her two daughters attend Good Shepherd school. In her free time, she enjoys camping, jeeping and geo-caching with her family, traveling, reading a good book, or playing games.

Heather McGuire

Mrs. McGuire is a familiar face here as she and her family are long time members at Good Shepherd. Her talents of organization and attention to detail are daily used to the glory of God. A few interesting facts about Mrs. McGuire include that she is also a landscape architect, enjoys snowmobiling, and visiting different National Parks across the country.

Megan Braunschweig

Miss Braunschweig feels honored to teach music and choir at Good Shepherd. She is currently Adjunct Professor of Bassoon at Concordia University Wisconsin and enjoys teaching woodwind lessons for high school and middle school students. She also loves to sing and has served as a choral accompanist and substitute organist at University Lutheran Church in Champaign, IL. She finds great joy in her various musical vocations. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, rock climbing, and spending time with her cats.

Michelle Keller

Mrs. Keller serves as Good Shepherd's child care director and 3 year old preschool teacher. Having grown up in the area, Mrs. Keller knows all the best places for window shopping. She enjoys both watching and playing volleyball, and hopes to one day make a visit to Switzerland. But, for now, she is happy to serve her Lord by sharing her talents with His little ones here in Watertown.

Miss Jordan Mahnken

Miss Jordan Mahnken graduated in December of 2021 from Concordia University Wisconsin-Mequon with her undergraduate degree. This is her first year of teaching and she is very excited to be completing it at Good Shepherd. She has been a member of the LCMS all of her life and attended Lutheran grade school in Kansas City where she was born and raised. In her free time, Miss Mahnken loves reading, spending time with her family, friends, and fiance, hiking, and cheering for her Kansas City Chiefs.

Mrs. Julia Wackt

Mrs. Julia Wackt has been teaching for 16 years. Julia got her undergraduate from Concordia University-Mequon. Julia has been married for 13 years to her husband, Mark. Mark and Julia have an 11 year old daughter named Olivia. Mark, Julia and Olivia have a dog named Daisy who is a huge part of their lives. Julia and her family love to be outside enjoying the beautiful Wisconsin weather and watching Olivia play softball. Julia feels so blessed to be a part of the Good Shepherd family!

Mrs. Kathy Wackett

Mrs. Wackett is very excited to serve the Lord as the Physical Education teacher here at GSLS. She has been teaching PE in 4K-8th grade for 23 years. Mrs. Wackett likes to see her family run in races and soccer games. You might see her biking, walking or running around town.

Mrs. Krista Schuett

Mrs. Schuett is proud and excited to be teaching K3 at GSLS. She has a true passion for working with our youngest learners!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development-academic, social, language, and motor-is a challenge that she is honored to accept daily. She strives to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment. She and her husband grew up in the area and have been married for 16 years. Together, they have a daughter and a son who also attend GSLS, and a mini golden doodle named Charlie. In her free time she enjoys traveling, game and movie nights, and walking Charlie with her family.

Ms. Charlotte Groth

Miss Groth has been working with middle school students for over 15 years and loves the energy they bring to the classroom. She loves to make history come alive though social studies and enjoys sharing a great historical fiction novel with her students. Outside the of school Miss Groth stays busy working on her hobby farm, teaching genealogy classes at the Watertown library, and collecting Lutheran memorabilia. Be sure to ask her about her Portals of Prayer collection!

Ms. Johanna Graham

Ms. Graham feels blessed to be at Good Shepherd. She comes to Good Shepherd with 20+ years of Early Childhood experience. Her favorite part of teaching is sharing the love of Jesus with her students every day. In the classroom, her passion is guiding young students through their learning, and watching them grow every teaching moment. She is a graduate of Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. While not at school she enjoys reading, spending time with her two sons watching them on the soccer fields or basketball courts. She enjoys traveling with her family and most recently enjoyed a week on the Island of Oahu!

Ms. Baker is a Watertown native. After graduating from UW-Madison in 2012, she moved to Miami, FL where her love of the ocean and beach blossomed. Life took her to Arizona and Texas before bringing her back home to Wisconsin in 2021. In her free time, you'll find her with her dog Teddy, enjoying time with her family and friends, and when vacation time allows - traveling the islands!
