Avtar has been working in the cabinet industry for well over 20 years and was one of Hi-Design's first employees. Mastering the art of cabinet installation at the start, he now takes the designs from concept to reality and his attention to detail and experience make him a vital part of the process.
With over 40 years in the cabinet business, Colin is no stranger to hard work. He came into the industry much by accident, with a natural ability to problem solve, he built his first kitchen for his family from the garage of his father-in-law's home with nothing but a tape measure and drive to create a quality product that he felt was not available to him at the time. A true innovator, Colin has built two very successful cabinet brands on two very different continents. A man of integrity and true to his word, Colin is a true leader and well respected in the industry.
A true artist, Jason spent his youth studying graphic design and working in the family woodworking business during the summer holidays. While traveling and working different laborer jobs, Jason found that his creative talents translated over into the practical world of woodworking too which was a delight to his father. Jason has been working for the family business on and off for as long as he can remember and although he still enjoys producing his art in his free time, he has found a creative outlet through woodworking that is hard to ignore. His work ethic and attention to detail is unparallel
With years of experience in both the millwork and construction industries, Mark has seen it all and his expertise and approachable manner make him an asset to the Hi-Design team
Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in interior design and has since been creating stunning spaced for her clients. Her eye for detail and precision are second to none, and every project she takes on is infused with her unwavering commitment to excellence
Behind the scenes but an integral part of making everything run smoothly, Michaela is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone, dealing with everything from client inquiries to accounts to pay role

Technically minded and not afraid of hard work, the apple truly does not fall far from the tree. Warren's ability to take complex matters and tackle them head-on, enthusiastically and methodically make him an asset to the team. Working with his dad from a very young age, Warren has been an integral part of the business from the beginning. There is no job at Hi-Design that he has not done and as a result he knows the business from the inside out. This perspective makes him a great problem solver and an even better leader. There is not much Warren can't do and when he's not covered in saw dust he's likely helping someone with a side project or mechanical issues.
