At Home of Hope, we provide opportunities for people with disabilities to create their own paths, to make their houses into homes, to find meaning and reward in their own jobs, to create friendships, and to enjoy activities in the community. These opportunities are a very specialized doorway to the lives many individuals would never be able to enjoy otherwise... Today, because of their boldness and innovation, Home of Hope provides residential, vocational, and educational service to over 200 individuals with more than 340 full and part-time employees... Home of Hope opened in 1968 thanks to the vision and determination of three mothers, Jane Hartley, Laura Cupp, and Ruth Smith, fueled by a desire as parents to have their children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential in adulthood.
