Angie Nitz

Angie Nitz serves as Director of Community Care and is the liaison between Holy Cross and our community partners. In her role she has the opportunity to collaborate with other staff to facilitate opportunities for Holy Cross members and friends to serve and engage in our NW Dallas neighborhood. She also oversees the daily operations of our Community Center and leads our youth summer camp program. Angie and her husband Todd have been married for over twenty years and are the parents of three active kids. Most of their free time is spent driving, cheering and coordinating family schedules, but when they have the opportunity, their family enjoys camping adventures, cheering for the Dallas Mavericks and tackling DIY projects at home.

Beto Alzate

Reverend Edilberto (Beto) Alzate was born in Colombia. He is a graduate of Concordia Seminary in Saint Louis, Missouri through the Center for Hispanic Studies. Beto and his wife, Antonia, have been married for over thirty years and have two children who are both married. They have a lifetime of experience working with Hispanic families throughout Central and South America. Beto and Antonia were missionaries for over 25 years and have served the Hispanic community in the DFW area over 10 years. They care for and invest heavily in the people and families around them. Antonia is an educator and certified facilitator for The Chalmers Center. She leads her students to achieve their goals for financial stability while working with them to restore family relationships. Our churches and communities both benefit from stronger and healthier families. Beto and Antonia love helping families thrive in all areas of life and spending time with their grandchildren.

Tom Zucconi

Reverend Thomas A. Zucconi has served Holy Cross since 2015. Originally from Dallas and married to Jennifer for over 20 years, Pastor Tom's ministry is focused on community and congregational revitalization through discipleship and the development of neighborhood partnerships. This ministry niche has taken the family on mission to such cities as Detroit, Cleveland/Akron, and Atlanta. Pastor Tom is a graduate of Jesuit Dallas high school and a two-time graduate of Texas Christian University. Pastor Tom and Jennifer have three daughters and when they can get everyone together, they enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and supporting one another in their individual endeavors.
