Edward has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Loan business for 35 years. He has been a licensed Broker for 31 years. His mortage company, Progresive Funding, Inc., has been in business for 31 years and the real estate division, Hillcrest Properties, has been in business since 2006. Edward is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. Edward's years of experience, communication skills and exceptional negotiation skills are evident in each successful transaction. He holds NAR's Green Designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) and the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). He is fluent in Spanish. DRE License #00985039
