INROADS is a non-profit organization that creates pathways to careers for talented high school and college students across the country. We position our graduates to advance in their careers and we help employers foster high-performing and innovative workplaces... INROADS is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. Donations made to INROADS are tax deductible under IRC Section 170 to the extent permitted by law. Our Tax ID number (EIN) is 62-0967197. Note to residents of California: INROADS, Inc.'s charitable registration is not yet complete in your state, and INROADS cannot accept donations from residents of California at this time. Contributions made in California may not be eligible for state tax deductions... INROADS has provided me access to resources that I had never been able to access before. I'm super grateful for the opportunities that INROADS has led me to, such as my internship as a Legal Affairs Intern at Horizon Blue Cross.
