The Ironton-Lawrence Community Action Organization (ILCAO) is a non-profit founded in 1965 with one mission: to measurably improve the well-being of our community by providing opportunities for, and care to, those in need... We serve nearly 40,000 individuals in the OH-KY-WV tri-state area annually. We offer a full spectrum of supportive services, including healthcare (medical, dental, pediatric, and behavioral), early childhood education, workforce and youth development, affordable housing, home energy/weatherization assistance, public transportation, and much more.
