Brian Lewis

Brian Lewis joined the Indiana High School Athletic Assocation in August 2021 as an assistant commissioner and administers the sports of boys and girls cross country, boys basketball, boys and girls track and field and unified track and field. Lewis spent the previous 15 years in secondary education, the last three as the athletic director at Jasper High School in southwest Indiana. There, he provided administrative direction and oversight to 21 athletic programs. Prior to that he worked five years as athletic director at Monrovia High School (2013-18) and served as head football coach and teacher at Evansville Harrison (2009-13), Columbia City (2007-09) and North Vermillion (2006-07) high schools. Lewis has been an active member and served on several committees for both the Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA) and the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) from which he earned a certified master athletic administrators (CMAA) license. He was also recently named to a three-year term on the IHSAA Foundation Board of Directors. During his career, Lewis was a participant, head coach or administrator for IHSAA-member schools in classes 1A, 2A, 3A and 4A from various areas of the state. He has served as a member of multiple IHSAA realignment and participation committees and hosted 75 state tournament events at the sectional, regional and semi-state rounds in various sports. He also has assisted in organizing the IHSAA Boys Basketball State Finals the last few years. Lewis played football collegiately for four years while graduating from Indiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education in 2006. He went on to earn an Master's degree in Education from Oakland City University in 2011. Originally from Jasper, he is an alumnus of Jasper High School and was a starting running back on the Wildcats' 2001 IHSAA Class 4A football state championship team. Lewis and his wife, Brooke, have been married for 13 years. They have two children, Isabelle and Drew. He is also the grandson of the late former IHSAA Commissioner C. Eugene Cato (1983-95).

Chris Kaufman

Chris Kaufman was promoted to Assistant Commissioner on June 4, 2012 and administers boys and girls golf and boys and girls tennis for the IHSAA. Since joining the Association in 2006 as Communications Director, he has managed and developed all IHSAA media properties and served as the official spokesperson for the Association. Specifically, Chris oversees all aspects of the IHSAA Champions Television Network and IHSAAtv.org web streaming. In addition, he serves as the liaison for corporate partnerships, community relations, business media, and provides support for the 22 IHSAA state championship events. Prior to joining the IHSAA, Kaufman spent 16 years as Director of Marketing and Communications for Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. In addition to his administrative duties, Kaufman served as an assistant football coach for 16 years and assistant baseball coach for seven years. Kaufman also served (1993-2005) as the Sports Information Director for the Indiana Basketball All-Stars who compete annually in the Indiana/Kentucky All-Star Series. In addition, he has assisted in events such as the Indiana Football North/South All-Star Game, two men's and women's NCAA Final Four Championship tournaments, Women's Big 10 Championship tournaments, and numerous invitational and classic events. In 2000, Kaufman was awarded the Ken Leffler Memorial Award by the Indiana Football Coaches Association for his contributions and in 2019 was a recipient of an NFHS Citation. Kaufman graduated in 1990 from the University of Indianapolis earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration while playing for the Greyhounds Football and Baseball teams on scholarship. He competed as a place-kicker and punter for the Greyhounds earning All-Conference and Pre-Season All-American honors. A Kokomo native, Kaufman graduated from Northwestern High School in 1984, earning eight varsity letters in football, basketball and baseball. Kaufman and his wife, Stephanie, have two children, Mary Katherine (Katie), and Blake. Stephanie is a graduate of Warren Central High School and was a member of the school's 1984 State Runner-Up basketball team. She was named an Indiana All-Star and played collegiately at the University of Indianapolis. They reside in Indianapolis.

Jason Wille

Jason Wille (pronounced Willie) was named the Association's Sports Information Director in February 2005 and is responsible for promoting the IHSAA's 22 state tournament events through the organization's website, social media and news releases. He oversees the IHSAA's historical archives, its Distinguished Media Service Award program and is also a contact for the news media. Currently the longest-serving IHSAA staff member, Wille was originally hired in July 1995 as Publications Coordinator and was responsible for the annual production, editing and distribution of the Association's numerous publications and forms including all state championship programs. He was promoted to the position of Assistant Sports Information Director in January 2002. Prior to joining the IHSAA, Wille worked as a graduate assistant for one year each in the sports information offices at the University of Florida and Purdue University, where he also volunteered as a student assistant for four years as an undergraduate. He also was employed as Promotions Manager for Northwest Indiana public television station WYIN-TV in Merrillville from 1992-94. He was honored in April 2011 by the Indiana Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association with the Bob Williams Helping Hand Award. Wille earned a B.A. degree from Purdue University in 1991 and is also a 1986 graduate of Crown Point High School. While a high school student, he worked as a statistician for Crown Point's girls basketball team from 1984-86, including its state championship seasons in 1984 and 1985. He also played tennis three years and served as team manager for the Bulldogs. He and his wife, Sherry, and their son, Max, reside in Westfield.

Kerrie (Schludecker) Rosati

Kerrie (Schludecker) Rosati joined the IHSAA as an Assistant Commissioner in 2015. Rosati is responsible for softball, boys' and girls' swimming and diving, and volleyball. Additionally, her duties entail organizing the IHSAA Student Advisory Committee and the IHSAA Student Leadership Conference. Prior to joining the Association office, Rosati served three years as director of athletics at Boone Grove in northwest Indiana. There, she provided administrative direction and oversight to all athletic programs for grades 6-12. Prior to that she worked two years as athletic director at Marquette Catholic High School in Michigan City and also taught physical education at St. Stanislaus Catholic School during that time. Rosati was an active member and served on several committees for both the Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA) and the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) from which she earned a certified athletic administrators (CAA) license. She served as IIAAA chairperson for professional development and was a state representative in the same area for the NIAAA. She instructed NIAAA leadership training courses and mentored new athletic administrators. Rosati, then Kerrie Schludecker, played softball collegiately while graduating summa cum laude from Marian University with a B.S. degree in Sports Management in 2007. She then went on to earn an M.S. degree in Sports Administration from Valparaiso University in 2009. Originally from Indianapolis, she is an alumnus of Roncalli High School and was a starter on the schools' 2001 IHSAA Class 2A softball state championship team. Rosati and her husband, Philip, reside in Westfield.

Luke Morehead joined the IHSAA as Director of Information Technology in June of 2015. He is responsible for the formulation and execution of technology strategy for both internal IHSAA operations and for the athletic programs at IHSAA member schools. Prior to joining the IHSAA, Luke served a number of private IHSAA member schools as an outsourced Chief Information Officer at DAST Consulting. Prior to DAST, Luke was CEO of Fixed Bid Consulting which he founded in 1999 to provide audit, advisory and technical services to mid-market enterprises. Before that, Luke's engineering adventures included load-testing the rca.com web site while a Senior Web Developer at Thomson Consumer Electronics, and troubleshooting torque-control challenges during prototype development of the V-22 Osprey military aircraft at Rolls-Royce. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and resides in Noblesville with his wife Jill and their three daughters, Madison, Abby and Joanna. Luke is a Deacon at Hazel Dell Christian Church.

Robert Faulkens

Robert Faulkens joined the Indiana High School Athletic Association as an Assistant Commissioner on January 10, 2011 and administers the sports of football, Unified flag football, wrestling and baseball. Additionally, he convenes the IHSAA Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. Faulkens served as a member of the IHSAA Board of Directors beginning in January 2009. He spent 23 years in high school education including the last five as principal at Crispus Attucks, an historic IPS high school. While at the school, he helped re-start its athletics program after 21 years as a junior high school. In 2007, Crispus Attucks was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a "Magnet School of Distinction" during his time there. Prior to his arrival at Crispus Attucks, Faulkens was an assistant principal at MSD of Pike Township (1999-2005) and Lawrence North High School (1994-99). He also taught geography, world history and U.S. history at Ben Davis High School (1993-94) and South Wayne Junior High School (1989-93). There he coached football, basketball, track and baseball and also provided leadership within a pair of area youth sports organizations. Faulkens was a three-sport athlete at the prep and collegiate levels playing football, basketball and baseball. He graduated from South Bend's LaSalle High School in 1980 and earned a B.A. degree in economics from Earlham College in Richmond in 1984. He went on to earn a M.S. degree in education from Butler University in 1995 and an Ed.S in urban education at Indiana State University.

Sandra Walter joined the Indiana High School Athletic Association on June 4, 2012 as an Assistant Commissioner and administers the sports of boys and girls soccer, girls basketball and gymnastics. She is in her 29th year in education and her ninth year as an assistant commissioner. Walter had spent 12 years at Lawrence Central High School, the last 10 as its athletic director following two years as assistant athletic director. Prior to that she was the women's sports director at Hamilton Southeastern (1999-00), athletic director at Knightstown (1998-99) and began her career at Rushville (1992-98) as a mathematics teacher. She added responsibilities as assistant athletic director (1993-98) and also coached the women's varsity track and field team (1995-98). Walter earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Ball State University in 1992 and completed her master's in athletic administration in 1997. She is a 1988 graduate of Brookville High School in southeastern Indiana where she lettered in track and field. She served as tournament director for 18 IHSAA sports as a school administrator and also is an active member of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) and Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA), serving as president of the IIAAA in 2007-08.
