He is also the founder of Sensible Investments, LLC, a consulting firm focused on housing finance. Previously, he was Senior Hedge Account Manager with Black Knight, Director Mortgage Finance with Prime Mortgage Lending, a correspondent lender; Vice President at Branch Banking and Trust, Assistant Vice President at SunTrust Mortgage, Senior Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and a leader in international business of predecessor companies of WestRock. Mr. Haller is an active volunteer in the business community, and is currently the governance chair of CFA Society North Carolina and its past Treasurer.

Anthony Fung served as Deputy Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Anthony is a proven executive with over 25 years of experience in information technology management, strategic planning, and operations management. Before joining the Governor's Cabinet, Anthony was the CEO of a professional consulting firm, which serviced Federal focused clients such as DoD, HHS, DHS, and GSA. Anthony also served as a SCORE counselor, providing advice to small businesses on start-up best practices, business operations, and strategy. Anthony has been recognized as one of Washington's top business leaders, recipient of Washington Business Journal's Award, SmartCEO Top 100 CEOs, and named Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader.

Carol Thorney

Carol is an accomplished healthcare consulting professional, with over 20 years of experience in enabling organizations to drive more seamless customer experience through reimagined business models that also drive internal productivity and culture transformation. Michael Cousins

He joined Lumeris as Chief Analytics Officer following the company's acquisition of Forecast Health. A biostatistician who built predictive models for providers and health plans early in his career, Michael was promoted into senior analytics, research and informatics leadership roles at Anthem, Health Dialog, Optum, Evolent and Cigna. As a result of these professional assignments and his post-doctoral work, Michael has learned the true value of utilizing all data and technology available-but "not just for the sake of doing analytics." He uses his experience to help guide healthcare organizations along the analytics maturity curve. Michael previously served on the Impact Makers' Board of Directors from 2006 - 2013 and continued to serve as an Advisor to the company from 2013 - 2020, when he rejoined the Board.

Michael founded Impact Makers in 2006. Before establishing Virginia's first benefit corporation, he spent the early years of his career as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in France. His tenure allowed him to consult, with increasingly complex engagements, throughout the EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India) region. As a result, Michael has lived or worked in seven countries and spent significant time in over 25 nations. Later, while an independent consultant, Michael completed an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. After returning to the States, he accepted a position as the Manager of Application Development at Health Management Corporation (HMC), a subsidiary of WellPoint Blue Cross / Blue Shield. Prior to launching Impact Makers, Michael was the Director of Product Development at First Health Services Corporation.

He is a founding board member of the Charity Defense Council in support of their mission "to change the way people think about changing the world".
