Alberto Milanés

Graduated as agricultural engineer with a career of 19 years at Ineco, where he has developed all his professional experience. His responsibilities have been focused both on the technical part of projects related to environmental assessment, particularly in the field of noise pollution, and on project and contract management related to transport infrastructure planning and the deployment of railway signaling systems, especially in the international field. He has also managed the coordination and control of Ineco's commercial activity and international business.

Ana Rojo

Job Titles:

PhD Degree in Civil Engineering and MBA in Business Administration from the IE Business School. She has 30 years of experience in transportation consulting - 20 of them in Ineco -, leading, in the last 10 years, the company's Engineering and Consultancy General Directorate.

Celestino Rodriguez

Job Titles:

Civil Engineer, Technical Engineer of Public Works and Strategic Project Leadership Program at IESE, with more than 16 years of experience, having developed his professional career in private sector and in the Public Administration, among which the Ministry of Public Works stands out. Since November 2018, he has held the position of President´s Office Director in Ineco.

Daniel Latorre

Civil Engineer. After a brief stint in the private sector in the field of construction, he has developed his entire professional career in Ineco since 2006, participating in relevant works in the railway field (such as the expansion of Atocha Train Station or the Makkah-Madinah high speed railway) and developing, since 2017, management responsibilities.

Javier Carabaño

Industrial Engineer and Master's Degree in Railway Systems. More than 25 years of professional experience in Ineco, in which he has assumed various technical and management responsibilities related to Control, Command and Signalling Systems equipment and projects. Among the latter, those related to the deployment of the Spanish High Speed Railway and the Mecca-Medina High Speed Railway project stand out.

José Ángel Higueras

Aeronautical Technical Engineer, Degree in aerospace engineering and General Management Program (PGM) at IESE He has 20 years' experience in top level positions at companies like Ineco, Dragados and Federico Mestre's Architecture and Engineering Firm. He is an expert in coordinating and executing airport infrastructure projects. He has participated in relevant projects like the apron and runway rehabilitation design at Rafael Núñez International Airport, Cartagena (Colombia) and the construction of the León Airport Terminal Building.

Juan Ramón Hernández

Civil Engineer. Master's degree in Management of Infrastructure and Services from the UPM of Madrid, PDD from the IESE and certified as a Project Management Professional by the PMI. He joined Ineco in 2004 and his professional experience has been divided between consulting, where he has participated in numerous transport viability and planning studies, and international business development, where he has been involved in opportunities such as NAICM in Mexico or the HS2 high-speed line in the United Kingdom.

Luis Janeiro

Law Degree and master's degree in Labour and Legal Consulting, Master in Occupational Risk Prevention and PDD from IESE and ESADE. He has more than 15 years of experience in labour relations and personnel administration. He joined Ineco in 2014 holding, since 2017, the position of Administration, Labour Relations, and Security Deputy Director. Degree in Economics and Business Administration and PDD from IESE. She has an extensive professional career, especially in Renfe, leading both management areas such as the Renfe Group's Strategy and Quality Management and the European Funds Coordination Office of the same Group. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ineco, a company in which she previously worked as a consultant.

Luis Miguel Fernández

Civil Engineer. Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE. During the more than 25 years of his professional career, he has worked at companies such as Auxini, ACS, Dragados, Reyal Urbis and Ineco. Expert in Civil Engineering. He has developed projects for construction; works and supervisory control; and Building and Architecture. Some of the most important projects in which he has participated include the expansion of the Atocha Complex.

Montserrat Álvarez

Public Works Technical Engineer, Civil Engineer and Master in Sustainability and CSR, she has developed her professional career in the railway sector for more than 20 years, both in the production and business development areas. Her career at Ineco has allowed her to acquire a global vision of the entire life cycle of an infrastructure as well as to manage a large portfolio of clients as Deputy Account Manager ADIF. Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience at Ineco. University professor and member of Spanish and European railway committees. He has held various positions of responsibility in the organisation, leading the Railway Business Directorate, the account with the highest volume of revenue and contracting within Ineco.

Sergio Vázquez Torrón - Chairman

Job Titles:

Degree in Economics and Business from the University of A Coruña, Master's degree in Audiovisual Production and Management from the same University and IESE Leadership Program for Public Management. His professional career has been linked to management in the field of infrastructure and transport and in the consulting field, as an economist, on public politics. He has been Secretary-General of Infrastructure, President of the Sociedad Estatal de Infraestructuras del Transporte Terrestre, SEITT (State Society of Land Transport Infrastructure) and Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, as well as advisor to the Minister of Housing and Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Development and Government Spokesman in the IX legislature. He has also been, at the beginning of his professional career, consultant specialized in the audiovisual sector and has coordinated the economy and employment area of the Federal Executive Commission of the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Party).

Víctor Bustos

Aeronautical Technical Engineer, Master's Degree in Air Transport Systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and PDD from IESE. He joined Ineco in 1995, becoming part of the Air Navigation unit. He served as head of department and later as head of division, taking over the management of the unit that accumulates Ineco's experience in the field of Air Traffic Control operations support. In 2013, he held the position of Project Manager in the Aeronautical Business Division. In May 2019, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Aerospace Systems within the General Directorate of Engineering and Consultancy of the same company. Civil Engineer and PDD from IESE. He has more than 20 years of experience in transport planning and economics in business and public administration, both in Spain and in Europe (European Commission). Her career at Ineco, spanning more than 15 years, has allowed her to lead areas such as the Economics, Planning and Environment Deputy Directorate.
