This represented a major step forward in terms of the acceptance of ‘The Jacobson Flare' by the Company as a valid and valuable training tool. David says, "I shall always thank these gentlemen sincerely for their support, given that the Jacobson Flare was not then and is still not yet Qantas policy.To the best of my knowledge, that link is still in place...
