Adam Schlussel

Job Titles:

Adam joined Key Properties in 2022, representing the firm's third generation of family leadership. He is involved in all facets of Key Properties' operation, from development and project management to leasing and acquisitions. Prior to joining the team, Adam worked in strategy consulting at a variety of firms. He earned a bachelor's degree in Information Science from Cornell University.

David Schlussel

Job Titles:
  • Member of the LEADERSHIP Team
David is actively involved in the acquisition, planning, financing, construction, leasing and management of Key Properties' real estate assets, with deep expertise in environmental sensitivities and eminent domain issues. He has lectured on real estate development at New York University, and was a Founder and Chairman of the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association. He served on the Maywood, N.J., CGG working with the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the N.J. Department of Environmental Protection. He serves on the board of trustees of Ramapo College of New Jersey, and sits on the boards of several local community and religious organizations. David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Chairman Emeritus of NORPAC, and on the national council of AIPAC (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee). He earned a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a master's degree from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.

Jonathan Schlussel

Jonathan joined Key Properties in 2017, representing the firm's third generation of family leadership. He is involved in all facets of Key Properties' operation, from development and project management to leasing and acquisitions. Prior to joining the team, Jonathan worked on the investment sales team at Colliers International. Previously he held internship positions with various firms in the commercial real estate sector. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Brandeis University.

Marc Schlussel

Job Titles:

As one of Key Properties' founding members, Marc has a strong history and ongoing leadership in the company's real estate acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management activities. He has lectured on real estate development at New York University and served as Chairman of the Teaneck Economic Development Corporation. Marc is a member of the Cornell University Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is Past-Chair of the Cornell University Hillel Board of Trustees, and served on the Board of Trustees of Congregation Netivot Shalom and the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey. Marc earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
